I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

comet deliberately lied to me. I asked if they could make an alteration by a certain day, and they promised me that they could, while knowing fully well that they would be closed on that day. Don't trust Comet, they are liars

On my first visit I dropped off two shirts, two pairs of trousers, and my favorite cardigan. One of the collars on my shirt was damaged and my cardigan had been shrunk two sizes, rendering it unwearable. I won't be back.Services: Organic dry cleaning

Great quality and fair prices. Owners are attentive and in the past couple years I've been coming here for now, have been consistent with delivering exactly what I ask for. It's definitely a no-frills place, but they've always accommodated any special requests I made like starching and pressing jeans/getting stains out of my collar/replacing buttons/so forth. Disappointed to see someone else's review bring up the owners' ethnicity, because they seem like genuinely good people who probably just made a mistake. Regardless, I've only ever had good experiences with Comet so I'd recommend them to anyone looking for budget-friendly options or just to support a small business.Services: Alterations

I took my wedding dress there to get cleaned and it took them 2 months to do it, I went to pick it up and it was TRASHED! They blamed me for it, the beading was falling off, the dress was yellow. And that is NOT how I dropped it off. The "owner" would not make it right and alls she wanted to do was argue. I was in tears over this. She still made me pay for the HORRIBLE job the was done. She wouldn't let me take my dress because she said I would "trash" my dress and blame them. Why would I want to trash my dress when they already ruined it? It was so beautiful and now it's junk!!!! :( do not take your wedding dress there! Then she says she will fix the beads by tieing nots in the string!!!! no!! And the belt thing that goes in the middle is suppose to be pressed nicely, that is just a mess and yellow!!!! Smh just sickening!!!!! I can't even look at my dress without getting sick. Do not go there!
