The Pharmacy at DDM on Route 3 in Medina, OH filled a prescription with the wrong item (lancets for testing blood) and put the Rx label over the picture of the lancet which is the only means for determining the size of lancet without opening the box. Once open, I immediately knew that the lancet was too large and thus would not fit in the lancing device. I tried to return the lancets for the correct size and they would not accept the return as the box was open. So, essentially, they stole the money from me but were more than happy to sell me the correct size. I have been told that CVS has all of the supplies for less money anyway, so needless to say I will not be back and encourage anyone reading this to find a different outlet.

Discount Drug Mart on route 3 is a terrific store!!! It is always so clean and well stocked!!! I can always find everything I need there. Drug Mart is not just a drug store with a great pharmacy, but they have everything from fresh fruit and veggies to cleaning supplies!!!Even when it was Christmas time, I could find gifts for people on my Christmas list!!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even when Lysol was in short supply, one of the stock boys went and looked in the back room for me. Valerie has been there a long time and is always so pleasant and helpful as a cashier. She is quick and efficient as well. If you need to pick up some quick food or supplies, you should try Discount Drug Matt, you won't be disappointed!!

Went there today for the first time to pick up prescriptions. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable. They sure beat out CVS off Lafayette, who I found to be exceptionally rude at times.
