Employees are friendly, but no one knows how to mix paint. Dont buy paint because three employees said they were never taught how to use computer to mix a color selected. They sure do sell paint, but don't ask for colors. Management unable to help, just sorries. It took two days for store to find an employee who knows how to work computer. Made extra trips to the store to get a refill, same paint, but again, no one knew how to mix the color selected from their display.Attention management, train your employees! The excuse I received was, "workers are hard to come by". Oh really, now customers will be hard to by when employees can't sell the merchandise.

CJ was helpful and courteous when buying an outdoor fire pit. He also brought it out and loaded it into our van.

Hours are not accurate, store closes at 7:00pm, made a disappointing trip up here just to have to turn back.

The person that works in the beer brewing section is very helpful. You will spend money here and go home and brew great beers to brag about. All good.

Great experience at Ace today. Car ran low on oil and went in to get some to top it off. Met a very friendly helpful sales associate who not only showed me where to find the oil, but came outside, checked my car to make sure I'd get the correct oil and then helped fill the oil tank. Thank you!!!

Randomly closed at 10 am on a Monday. Grocery store employees said they had a call off and the one that did show up didn’t want to open the store apparently.

Working at ace nice at first . Cashiers were ok than they make your employment there uncomfortable. They stand at cash register and would just stare at you and not speak. Worst job with very two faced cashiers.

They should NOT be carrying Craftman tools.They're supposed to have a lifetimes warranty. But Ace says the number on old one has to match what's in stock.Originally I spent $2000 on Craftman tools a while back because of the warranty.They used to have repair kits. Which the saleswoman didn't know about plus it seems I was bothering her!!!Maybe I'll start buying Husky tools from Home Depot. Especially since their help really wants to help you find whatever you need...

Great service. I was working on replacing some old door trim and there were a few spots that had wood rot or had rotten away. I was told exactly where to use and how to use it. The door trim looks great!

I love a good small town hardware. Typically they hire people who at least a clue what you are talking about. Typical customer service is on point with these mom and pop places.However, this ace hardware lacks both. The woman tried to help ( new employe) but you could tell not alot of training.They did not have the bolt I wanted. So I ask are there any in overstock. No if the vendor didn't put any out then no. Would not even check or help to maybe find something else that might worked. Needless to say 30mins later I found one. Know one checked on me nothing.Time to check out girl had no idea what the prices where. The same dude said I would have to go get numbers off. ThT I would have to do it. So they hand me a pen. Then said there is a lil bag back there I could right the number down. Screw that took pictures.Worst customer service ever. Needless to say my business will go out of Medina. Medina is a vortex of just overall bad customer service ever. I have gotten to the point I go to Fairlawn, strongsville to do my shopping.

Friendly customer service. Every time I go I have at least 2-3 staff offer to help me. Plus, they sell Benjamin Moore paint. I had a bad experience with chalk paint and Benjamin Moore saved the day. The sales person did not oversell the paint. He just said “You can’t beat Ben Moore.” I know now that it is the truth and won’t use anything else. He even wanted to see pictures of my project. Store is clean and inviting. I’m happy to give them my business.

Went to buy some books and light bulbs. All went well until I got to the checkout facing the Buehlers store. The cashier finished the guest on front of me, made eye contact with me and walked away. The lane was not marked as closed and he said nothing to me just walked away. I stood there in confusion for a few minutes and when no one came to check me out I ended up putting my items back and leaving. As I was walking out I saw the employee sitting down on his phone. I'm not sure if he was on break or not but if he was he could have told me it called someone else over. Bad experience I ended up buying my items on Amazon and they will be here Tuesday.

What a great store! I had so many questions and all of them were answered politely and patiently. I also needed a specific can of paint. The manager looked it up at all their stores, their warehouses, etc. he managed to find one remaining at a competitor and he gave me their information. So helpful! I will definitely be back here first before going anywhere else. A++
