I always have Athena do my hair. I have tried several salons since I have moved to Medina . Cost Cutters is the best by far. Don’t spend $100 and more to get your hair done go to Cost Cutters. You will not be disappointed . Diane H.

Went to Walk in with their sign still out saying walk in welcome and the lady that was working on the phone obviously wanted to close early. She watched us walking up and turned off the open sign pulled the sign in the store and locked the door. You are advertised to be open till 7pm, who cares if you aren’t doing anything you are still getting paid.

Made an appt for my son cause he's going back to school and it's hard to get in anywhere. Get there 10 min earlier only to have the doors locked. Waited around till 5 min after the appt and nothing. Not very professional, could have atleast left a note on the door. Now it's going to be hard to find a place to get a haircut.
