Worst banking experience I've ever had. I receive a different answer every time I go into the branch and ask a question.I don't know if it's because the employees don't know, or don't care, but their negligence and incompetence has caused a huge problem for me financially that will take me WEEKS to fix.Despite not having any issues on my account, and for no reason, an employee at the Medina branch flagged my account for fraud and shut down my debit card without telling me, so none of my direct deposits or money being sent to my account can be deposited and the accounts trying to put money into my account have been flagged for fraud on the sender's end. It's a DISASTER.I was never notified by FNB, asked to verify my identity or even asked any questions. They just flagged my account, shut it down and that's caused a HUGE problem for me.I now can't pay my bills.Does anyone at FNB care?NOPE!!All I've heard all day is "I apologize" and "That's unfortunate".Despite spending hours today on the phone with the customer service people when I called the 800#, and the Medina Branch, who couldn't have been less helpful, I was told I'd have to wait until Monday morning to talk to the branch mgr. and that's the best they could do.When I've figured out what happened, I'm going to file complaints with the Ohio AG and Pennsylvania AG and if possible, file suit against them for the mess they've caused me.I DO NOT recommend doing business with First National Bank. There are a lot of banks and credit unions who work hard to provide good service and retain their customer's business. Give your business to them and stay away from FNB, especially the Medina branch.

First of all Ann at the front counter is wonderful. I have used this bank not by choice but because they took over Parkview Federal. I should have closed the account immediately. I was charged a dormant account fee on an account that I specifically left enough money in so that it would not incur any fees. The dormant accounts fee would come out monthly. This would cause my account to go below the minimum amount required for the no fee account. Which would then trigger the bank to double dip and get a monthly dormant account fee and a monthly account fee. This is the shadiest thing I have ever dealt with. Run. Run. Runaway!!!

Scott, An and David always figure a way to help out Sims Mitsubishi. The other day we needed some old checks and they handled it lightning fast.

The ladies at the counter are nice. The management is awful and the bank itself offers nothing that couldn't be buried by Huntington or PNC
