AWFUL experience. We experienced a loss in the family on Monday, they no-showed and forced us to reschedule for over 3 days to pick up the medical equipment. Terrible communication during an extremely hard time. They made our grieving more difficult.

This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. They delivered a broken bed a empty oxygen tank and a broken wheel chair for my Dad's hospice care . We can't even get them to show up to remove it from the house
