Yesterday, my car unexpectedly lost power and broke down while I was driving. Thankfully, I found Ganley Express Services nearby, explained the situation and they were incredibly responsive. The team immediately towed my car to their garage, inspected it, and determined that the battery needed replacing. Their warm, compassionate service made the stressful situation much more manageable. I’m genuinely grateful to the Ganley Express team and wholeheartedly recommend them for their professionalism and kindness. Kudos to the team of Ganley Express for being there when I needed help the most! Special thanks to [Dawn, chris] for their Great Hospitality towards the customers.

I didn't have any service performed here but I still wanted to leave them a good review because of a kindness their servicemen did today for my best friend and me. We were on our way to Columbus when my friend's car started acting up. We're not from the area and had no idea where to get the car checked out. Ganley Express Service was the first place we saw when we got off the freeway, and I thought they might have a code reader or something to at least diagnose the problem. When my friend explained everything, the gentlemen expressed sympathy but said they were unable to offer the kind of help needed. They did, however, point out the Honda dealership just two driveways down (bff drives an older Honda CR-V). We hadn't even noticed the dealership. So a big thank you to the two men working at Ganley Express Service at around 8:30 AM on March 28, and if you read this and are curious about the end of the story, it turned out the assistant to my friend's regular mechanic failed to properly reattach the cap on the air filter during her last oil change. We were able to get the needed repair at the Honda dealership and were on our way barely 30 minutes later.

Visited early on a Saturday morning to get an oil change and tire rotation on my daughter's car. All of the local shops were booked so I thought I'd stop in right after they opened. The staff seemed a little surprised to see a customer at 8:15 AM on Saturday. There was a sales rep and two mechanics available, which made me happy. They were accommodating, but they admitted that they don't get a lot of public customers. They perform a lot of service on used cars for the nearby Ganley dealerships. I figured if they do good work, I'll be a repeat customer. I am impatient, so waiting in line for an oil change is not my cup of tea. In fact, I was the only customer in the place the entire time I was there. My oil change and tire rotation was done in under and hour and the price was $69, which I found to be very reasonable, considering it costs $100 for an oil change a few doors down the street.

My oil change was being preformed while my wife and I were going to Denny's right next door. We got back and had a lengthy and very nice conversation with the gentleman in the office. I had told him that my wife and I were expecting our first child and when he handed my keys to me he said that the oil change was on him today. Super nice place and they don't give you the run around. We will be coming back for future service and letting our friends and family know about this wonderful place!
