I needed 4 hoses for a faucet change. My size was empty among the 60 other hoses. I asked an employee Marylin for help. She checked overstock above and no luck. She checked inventory and said there was 72 in stock. She didn't give up and spent a lot of time helping me. She found them next aisle over under faucets. The only size hose there.....20 .....all by themself. 15 minutes of great help and did not give up. Thanks Marylin

Again, I'm writing a review about this disgrace of a store in the city of Medina. Don't give me the bull crap of understaffed, you have plenty of people walking around that store, seemingly with no purpose whatsoever!! It's the management or purchaser!! I went to get a 24" x4" piece of duct. I pulled out onto the floor at least 60 3" pieces from the 3", 4" and 5" bins...... not one 4".... How can you possibly stock shelves, without seeing your inventory correctly??? How do you not know your inventory, and realize you have 60+ pieces of one and none of the others??? Do your registers not keep track of this information??? Your not a store for contractors, your barely a store for homeowners! You are a disgrace to this city, and this county!!! As a contractor I spend upwards of 40-50,000 a year at home improvement stores. I will no longer be wasting my time at your store! I already know I have to go to Brunswick or wadsworth to get what I need!!! The extra 20 minute drive, is wayyyy better than dealing with constant dissatisfaction!!! Epic failure!!! DO BETTER!!! Thank you for tearing apart every mom and pop hardware store across this country, for your giant pieces of corporate crap!! Live on Medina hardware!!!

I know there is a shortage on things and I get that especially being in real estate. Nonetheless if gives no employee reason to disrespect, be rude, look down on others, treat others wrong because of the color of their skin or slam their stuff and almost break them. I spent almost $400 on this trip to be treated like trash. I’m extremely disappointed in Home Depot for having people like this on their staff. Register 1 one at 12:00 on 10/12/21 I didn’t catch the woman’s name because I was so upset. My brother was visiting from the military and has never seen a more rude and disrespectful employee at Home Depot.

Lacks customer service!!! Beginning with store manager...I was scheduled and paid for an Installation of a new dishwasher. Never was told or explained what the installation involved. Make a long story short the installers (no masks) tracked grass clippings into my house were not able to install the dishwasher due to a small piece of baseboard. Was not allowed to remove it while they were there... so I told them to hook my old dishwasher. Well there was so much grass on my floor I didn't find the two screws and bracket left behind until I was cleaning up. Went to Home Depot and spoke with Greg and was told" didn't know where they came from so wouldn't be able to send anyone out to install the screws and bracket".

This store has the worse mgmt ever you have people just standing around talking doing nothing while you have this poor older guy in the lumber dept working his butt off and have no help whatsoever he couldn’t even help us get lumber down from the upper shelf’s because he has no spotter. The mgmt needs to change and get something done right.

I love Home Depot. I could spend all of my paychecks here! I have visited this location multiple times since moving to Medina and the store always has what I need. Every time I walk in, a bunch of home improvement projects run through my mind, which requires conscious effort to block out. Focus, Daniel son! I buy light bulbs, ceiling fans, light fixtures, carpet, rugs, window treatments, cement, garden tools, fertilizer, pest control supplies, and a bunch of other stuff from Home Depot. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. They have the best self checkout touch screen I've ever seen. And the option to send my receipt to myself via email is great.

Home Depot has items for all sorts of home needs. We stopped in so my mom could get some wood boards to create some signs for her front porch. One of the employees cut the boards down for her because she didn't want them quite as tall as they were. They seemed pretty busy today. All of the employees were wearing masks and they had plastic dividers at the registers.

The store overall lacks customer service. Went to the flooring area, got someone to help then him and another employee started talking and walked away. I seriously wanted flooring for 1100 SQ ft. I had to find someone to assist who ended up being helpful. He said next step was to have measurements...which I had to pay $35 for. I get it. But then the guy came out a few days later and spent an hour, measuring and documenting on his tablet. Then he left saying someone would be tough within 24 house with measurements and cost. I heard nothing for a week. I then got a phone call from someone saying they need to come out and re-measure. I had already found someone and was very frustrated with Home Depot. I told her, no thank you! She did not offer refund either.....I will not be using Home Depot again nor recommend to anyone. I guess all the money they make goes to the top and not to train employees on customer service .

I stopped shopping at Home Depot. Though I like their products, the owners just don't get it. People are walking around without a mask and arguing with staff without mask. Many of their employees are elderly. They really don't care about their employees like Costco. If they did, "No Mask No Service."

we ordered a refrigerator. larger then our current one but smaller then our one we had before. After weeks of waiting they were to deliver and install today. I have no qualms with the forgin but they were not able to understand my mom and what she was trying to explain. They measured the doorway into our LIVINGROOM and said its to small to get the existing one out... right.. so she told them to take it out the KITCHEN door.. that it is 2 inches wider. Home Depot in Medina just lost me as a customer for a very long time. Apparently being considerate and wearing a mask is too difficult For 75% of the customers who frequent the store. A few employees also not wearing masks. Carts did not look sanitized despite sign saying they were. Store was crowded and people not keeping their distance. Bye bye Home Depot.

I get it, things are crazy right now. But I wait nearly an hour for curbside pick up only to get a bag of sand with a hole in it. Got sand all over the back of my car. They patch it, but then there's a second hole in the bag so I got more sand in the car. No apology at all. I'll be driving to Wadsworth or Brunswick from now on.

i ordered flooring was told it would be here on 22nd i called on the 23rd after hearing nothing now they said maybe the 30th they are not sure.
