Terrible business dude yelled at my fiancé didn’t have my stuff on time and kept just giving me the ring around. He was doing stuff on his time and tried to rob me of money. I had heard from others he did the same thing to them also.

My parents went to gems to get my mom a anniversary ring for their 30th anniversary and worked with both Sam & pat. My mom had a vision for what she wanted but wasn’t sure where to even start. Both of them helped make that vision come to life & designed the perfect ring for her! Its absolutely gorgeous and she can’t stop talking about how much she loves it

They overly charge just to have a sterling silver ring soldered, they have had one item of mine for over a YEAR and it’s been nothing but excuses with them. Would not recommend going here.

I have used them several times. Once to resize my moms ring and then to get my watch batteries replaced. They have always been very nice. It’s been a couple of years since I needed their service. She is in an assisted living facility and she really needed to have the ring cut off because of it hurting. I called to see if they could do it and I was going to bring her in to have it done but instead they offered came to her and cut it off at the facility. They were super friendly and kind to my mom. I never expected the kind of service they gave and could not imagine going anywhere else for my jewelry needs.
