I have never had an issue with the pharmacy at all. Quite the opposite - all staff/techs have always been friendly and helpful as well as the Pharmacists. I had an issue with a med (due to my insurance - not Giant Eagle) & the tech and Pharmacist went above & beyond to get it filled for me. I appreciate that.
