Poorly stocked, always out of staple items, RUDE employees. Especially the ones around the self checkout area. Beyond poor quality produce.

its good as supermarkets go. my only complaint with them is sometimes they can be low or out of some stuff. The staff is usually friendly.

I like the GE here in Medina and especially the employees, but I get agrevated when the corporate offices decide they are going to mess with certain foods that everyone purchases there. We buy the rotisserie chicken pretty often, but when I saw them in the plastic bags, I was totally turned off! They are apparently saying its do to plastic issues and the environment, but us shoppers are not born yesterday! That is, and always is, all about money and cost. Please don't insult my intelligence! I am pretty sure I will have to go elsewhere to buy my chicken then or make my own!

Bakery products and staff are excellent. Checking out is a joke. One cashier who was slow and handled ny groceries like he was mad at them. I will not accept the "we can't find people' excuse. While this was going on their was a woman standing in front of register lines doing nothing...nothing. There was another woman in the self checkout area scrolling through her phone...oblivious to everything. Not very impressive.

Manager just got an attitude and refused to honor the bogo Hellmann's coupon. This used to be a good store, but if they don't honor their own coupons then they are worthless.

Emerson is the sweetest person! She helped switch my messed up bills for straighter ones since the machine didn't want to accept my bills from being folded up too much. I know it's a simple and silly thing but her attitude and kindness made my night. She is the type to help you because she wants you and not make you feel like your inconveniencing her. Please give her a raise and a shoutout for me. Thank you!
