Wow walk right in, sit right down and
Get your hair botched, stylist left my hair all over my clothes, trimmings from my hair on top of my head, stayed on top of my head!!
Stylist was jittery, moving fast like there was 20 people waiting! There was NOBODY waiting!!
Why isn't there anymore patience, understanding and service in today's industry that we pay for ?!?! I'm never going back.

Terrible experience from a young goth hair stylist. She barely did anything and kept trying to get me to leave. I’d suggest more training, but there’s an attitude issue here that needs to be addressed first.

I like this place. I usually get a good haircut. My problem is with the app. You should be able to request a stylist. For four months I have not been able to see my favorite stylist. I just happen to go in when she is off. My options are to let someone else cut my hair or come back another day. I don't like wasting time.

The stylist was nice, but, while buzzing my sons hair, she cut the back of his ear and it bleda bit, he's on blood thinner and I noticed cuts on his neck.
Then when she cut my hair, I said layered all over, clip the sides I showered how I get done. I said no mullet..
And now I have a mullet and people teasing me.

I didn't feel the lady was very professional almost rude at times. I felt she was in a hurry and when i got home I notices my right side wasn't even trimmed. It was about an inch longer. I will not be returning.Service: Haircut

My husband went for a haircut. He signed in online ahead of time. They took him right away and cut his hair exactly the way he wanted it. Their facility is clean and organized. He was able to use a coupon too. He was very happy.
