Had a terrible experience at the Beuhler’s Plaza location. Came here and the manager took care of me for no charge. Friendly and gave me a great haircut. This is the only Great Clips I’ll be going to from now on.

My hairs long thick and wavy so hard to cut, but pretty sure you go to school for that, it’s chopped in chunks.

Had a colic taken care of cut fine by same person after a view times then different person cut too much and messed it all up jeez need to have same person cut it ever time need her work schedule lol.

I usually go to a barber but I was in a pinch so I stopped in. I was very satisfied with my cut, and my beautician was very nice. I may just be back!

Great haircut like always! Online check in is a game changer! I have been going to this location for close to 4 years and they always do a great job no matter what stylist you get.

It was so good to see Jenni back at Medina today! I've missed her. She always knew my name when I walked in the door and made me laugh. She's a big part of the reason I've come back to the North Court store for nearly 20 years. I'm sorry to hear she's moved out to Mentor. I hope something will bring her back soon.

Make sure you go on their website to do the online check in. I went on and seen it was 15 min wait so I just drove up there which took 7 min to get there. When i went to sign in they told me wait time was 55 mins!!! So DEFINITELY check in online.

What’s the point of online checkin??? My husband checked in on line and we arrived long before his cut time however the staff just kept calling other people ahead of him!🤬 Tgey never called his name so when we asked why they said he had to check in when he arrived. So the staff just take it upon themselves to skip names. They never asked us his name when we came in the building. 🤷♀️ Shame on you Great Clips! What’s the point of online checkin??? We have been here before and they always call out the names on the list. I would not recommend this place.

The last 2 times I have been to this location I was not happy with the way I was treated. The first time was with a woman who was floater from other locations. She was condescending and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I told her I was there in the past and there was only 2 ladies cutting hair when I came. She said that she worked there so many years, she has no idea what I am talking about. I was not being rude, I just told I had to wait even though the app said I was next! She was blunt and when I left a few dollar tip, she never said anything, no thank you and anything.
The lady today, she never said a word to me the whole time and when I went to leave a tip on the machine, she never said anything either! Is it because I wasn't leaving a 5-7 dollar tip for a 16 dollar haircut? She handed me the reciept and said ok, and I walked away. I gave no grief to these ladies and I am looking for somewhere else to go now.
What ever happened to customer service?
