I had to stop same day, unexpectedly and I was warmly welcomed and accommodated. Matt helped me tremendously, he listened carefully to what issue I was experiencing with my car and set clear and realistic expectations about timing and cost. I bought my car from here 8 years ago and still think it’s the most stellar dealership because of the people ? I highly appreciate the outstanding and attentive customer service! Thanks again Matt for being so accommodating and professional.

Previously, service has been really good and I never had any complaints with them. However, I had to wait a few weeks for an alternator after being advised against going aftermarket. Apparently they do not offer dealer loaner cars to those waiting for vehicle maintenance. I don't believe the service advisors / technicians were at fault at all, but if somebody's only vehicle is disabled for weeks I would think it wouldn't be too difficult to offer a loaner car to help them get through their wait.Service: Electrical

I have visited Rick Roush Honda for service three times. My daughter and I bought her a used Honda Accord from a different dealership, but since we live near Rick Roush Honda, we take it here for service.The first visit was to have the car inspected and serviced after our initial purchase. We had an oil change, transmission fluid change, new spark plugs, engine coolant flush, and serpentine belt replaced. All of this was done in one day and fairly quickly. Our second visit, we brought the car in for an oil change and an inspection. The technician noticed one of the rear calipers leaking brake fluid, the brake pads had worn out, and the calipers were seized, so he recommended replacing the rear brakes entirely, which we did.The next day, the TPMS light came on and my daughter began to hear a loud clanking noise when driving over bumps. We took the car back to Rick Roush to inspect the issues and they set the tire pressure to 33 psi, which we and they had already done. Then they reset the trouble codes to see if the TPMS light would come back on and it didn't. To address the clanking issue, they had to tighten down a bolt on one of the rear calipers, which was loose. They didn't charge us anything for this service.Now the car is running like new again. Their service is fast and friendly.

We have been a customer at this dealer for decades...currently on our 5th, 6th and 7th consecutive Hondas, almost all bought from this dealership. In the past, service has been excellent, as is service advisor Jim Klotz. However the past several visits we have dealt with a newer advisor, John. John is very rude and thinks he knows more than you and therefore puts you down. This has been noticed by myself, my wife and my college aged son. In January, my son took in his 09 CRV, for several things to be fixed. They did the things we knew about, and also recommended replacing brakes and rotors, front and rear stabalizer bars, and recommended an alignment as the tires had some slight uneven wear. We agreed and paid over $2000. When my 23 year old grad student son asked for an explanation about the suspension repairs, John said, "Have your Dad call me!". I guess his time was more important! When we picked it up we were informed it also needed rear shocks but they were on backorder. I waited 8 weeks for the shocks, but as they were still backordered, I chose to go to another source for them. When I did so, they told me they needed to realign the vehicle from the shock repairs. WHY DID JOHN NOT DELAY THE ALIGNMENT UNTIL THE SHOCKS WERE REPAIRED??? I had to have another alignment done at additonal cost.Will I return to the dealership for more service...maybe, but only if I can work with Jim Klotz. I will NEVER work with John again. He needs to go, now! Will I buy #8 or #9 there? Maybe, maybe not...we will see.

I've always had good service here, whether getting my vehicle directly serviced by them or purchasing from their parts department. In fact the prices in their parts department we're very good when compared to aftermarket sources and worth the price difference to get authentic Honda parts.

My five star rating is strictly for the service department. They are all very nice and do what they can to make sure I am happy and driving safely. They do not give me the runaround and they always call me back. Thank you Honda service department!

This is more of a funny story, than a review. I bought a brand new Honda CRV from RR - love the car, no problems so far, good sales team, no complaints. What was funny was when the saleswoman was showing me the features after the sale was finalized - Standard Procedure. She went thru lights, dash functions, on screen menu, etc. - no issues. Then she got to the part when you can sync your phone. I said "Skip that part - I don't have a phone". She looked at me like I was on fire. "You don't have a cell phone?" I said "No, not a fan. I don't need one for work so I don't own one". That should be the end of it, right? Nope. "Well, I'll show you anyways". I said "Don't bother, I am fine". "Well, just in case you decide to get one". I said "I won't. I would rather not waste the time". "Well, you might change your mind in the future, so I'll show you". At that point it was ridiculous. I said "I will never own a cell phone again in my life so I don't need you me how to sync it to my car." She finally accepted this and continued with the walk thru. Yes, I know I am the only human on earth over 11 without a cell phone and that may be hard to believe for some, but come on, if someone says "skip it", then "skip it".

Rick Roush Honda is great!! I came here and spent pretty much all day here without once feeling pressured! Everyone was super nice to me and very accommodating! The store itself is big, clean, and beautiful. The showroom is filled with cars to admire. Then there's an amazing waiting area with a complimentary water, a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate machine, a vending machine for snacks, and even complimentary popcorn! The decor in the area is beautiful. You can relax on the comfy seats, or sit down at the stand and get some work done while waiting on your car. Overall, it's a great place to visit if you need work done on your car or if you're looking to buy a new car!

I hate buying cars bc I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. After visiting 5 dealerships I ended up at Rick Roush bc they had best price for the CR-V I wanted. I must admit it was a great experience working with Darcy. But the 5 star rating is due in part to the service I received AFTER the purchase. I noticed the brakes grinding and making lots of noise a couple days after I bought it. I returned to Darcy and she set me up with the service dept who replaced rear rotors and brake pads for FREE. Didn't cost me a cent, which it shouldn't have. That is good customer service. Thank you Rick Roush.

Today when I walked in to their makeshift sales office (the showroom is undergoing a major renovation) sales people were hard to find. Two were with customers, one was doing something at his desk...didn't approach me...a 60ish woman alone. Finally, a salesman walks in with his lunch in a bag. He walks over to one of the busy salespeople who is with a couple who have already purchased a vehicle they are picking up in two days (chatting them up)...but ignores me. After standing round for five minutes a male customer walked in and then a couple walked in. Out of nowhere, two sales people approach the single man, completely ignoring me. I've purchased three Accords from this dealership and will never do so again! Their service people are great...they could teach the sales staff a few lessons!!!

Just left here on a trip from Cleveland to Columbus. I was hesitant since I've had bad experiences at other Honda service centers but these guys were so great! We had something hanging from the bottom of our car and they got us in and out in under 20 minutes. They even let our 2 dogs stay warm in the waiting room. Wish I remembered the guys name who helped us. Thank you!
