It would've costed me less to be penalized for putting in my city taxes late than do mine through here. I was recommended Jackson Hewitt, since I thought mine were gonna be a mess since I had 2 jobs and moved. But over $400?!? The most taxable income I made a month was $650!!! (I'm on disability, but I know from previous year that it doesn't do anything that TurboTax free can't do..... Hence why I had so clue about missing my city taxes) I'M NEVER TRUSTING ANY TAX PLACE AGAIN!

The preparers at the Middleberry store front were knowledgeable, personable, & answered all of my questions. I retired in 2021, so I was not sure how my new income would compare with previous tax returns. The preparer patiently listened to my explanations & took the time to show me how my returns changed. Since I have never retired before, I was confused about what is taxable income & what is not. He showed me what I needed to do to ensure I will get the most out of my return for 2022.
