Chase, Thomas and Courtney really came through as the A team and delivered exceptional customer service. I had an appointment at Walmart three days in a row and was canceled all three times due to staffing. I needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called Jiffy Lube and Chase said they closed in 20 minutes and if I could get there before they closed he would take care of me. I arrived 2 minutes after I called and they were at the door ready to get to work. I’m very thankful for these three and how quick, friendly and efficiently they operated. You

Wonderful, polite and helpful staff! They let me choose to either sit in my car, or come into the nice clean lobby to wait. Very patient with me while I scrambled for my phone charger. The little lamps inside have outlets and the bathroom is very clean. Offered to rotate my tires, idk if that’s extra, but I declined as it had just been done by my mechanic in my home town. I had just gone thru the car wash but they still washed my windows. I will come here every time I’m in Medina!

Usually pretty good. Today however they put the wrong weight oil in my car. Their in store database was wrong. Despite the fact the correct weight oil is clearly visible on the filler cap. Additionally they said my VIN indicates a turbo charged engine when in fact it’s not. I called them and they will replace the oil, but this makes it NOT so “Jiffy”.

They did a transmission filter and they broke one if the bolts on the pan. Went back to the store and they tried to say that it was my fault. I'll never gi back to this place. In my opinion, they're only good for oil changes. Nothing else!!

I was out of town and my check engine light came on. After contacting a few other garages in town that did not have availability, I contacted Jiffy Lube and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. They read my codes and diagnosed a misfire. They were honest with me that swapping out the spark plugs might not work, but doing just that did the trick. In total 4 new plugs cost $83 with labor included and they got it done in under an hour. So yeah, this place got me out of a jam and I'd recommend them.

This place is always so nice! I was waiting for an oil change the workers started wiping down my windows mirrors and making it look super nice. 10/10 - now my go to place in Medina!

I went in to get my transmission oil topped up. They did it in no time and also informed me of some oil leaks that needs to be attended to without pushing to get the work done by them. Was an awesome experience.
