This was a drive thru order. At dinner time they were out of the original chicken. The mac n cheese was awful and the chicken had a burnt oil taste. Not going back!!

ordered the 3 PC chicken tender box,the tenders were small and chewy not fresh at all and no biscuit either.very disappointed, I won't be back.you should be ashamed to put out this quality of food especially with so much competition.

Got two 4 piece chicken tender combos and a big side of mashed potatoes. Around $27 bucks total. Chickens were small and very dry, no biscuit in either box. Waste of money. Never coming back here again.

Every time I try to place a mobile order at this location (by specifically choosing this location in the app), the app sends my order to the wrong location. Then when I try to pick up my order, they tell me there's nothing they can do to fix the problem. I placed the order specifically with this location, they took my money, and I get no food. Deleting the app after this happened yet again today. When this is happening repetitively after I go through the trouble of making sure I choose the location I want, and I'm losing money every single time, I no longer want to give them any more of my money. So long, KFC. There's better fried chicken everywhere else anyhow.

I get that all prices have been going up. Why does that mean the quality has to go down?I just got a meal and the side was cold and both the buns were hard at one end.Yes, I did just microwave it cause I couldn't go back, but should I have to do this?

Just finished 3 12 hr shifts in a row and wanted some hot dinner. Instead I received old food that was a little less than warm.

Pre order and got there food wasn't ready and they got the order wrong . Chicken old some of it just bad all the way around.

Ordered online for delivery. The order was correct and arrived on time. My issue was with how everything was thrown in the bag. The four piece combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mac and cheese was laying upside down. No honey for the biscuit. Spicy chicken sandwich with nuggets and fries. The fries were dumped in the bag, not a single one in its container. The drinks were completely watered-down, all the ice had melted.

Food quality is pretty consistently bad. They also close early quite often.

Food is gas lowkey but these people can't move chicken for the life of them. Will probably go back bc that chicken puts in work.

Nice location (Medina, Ohio). Inside was clean and appealing. I was excited to try the new $20 fill up box, so ordered that. It took about 25 minutes to get my order, but understandable because they were a bit busy. Drove back home (18 miles) and went to dig in and noticed there were zero biscuits in my box, yet the honey and butter packets I asked for were there lol. The fries were rock hard so didn't eat those. The chicken and nuggets were delicious, and freshly made, but it would have been nice to be able to eat sides with the meal we paid for. Fries and nugget portions were skimpy. I don't feel like I got half of what I paid for. Disappointed and still hungry. (7/17/23 around 6:30pm)

Got the new $20 fill up.. extremely skimpy on the chicken nuggets and fries and they shorted me my biscuits very disappointed ???
