I needed approval for pre-administration. I contacted the medina office 3 times and got no results from them, not even a call back. I was informed from my insurance company the authorization was approved. Not impressed one bit.

I went to Lincare in Medina, Ohio. Everyone was friendly and did a great job at explaining the forms, machine and supplies. They said I could call anytime with questions. I was pleased with the visit.

I used Lincare years ago and switched to another company because they were so rude and unhelpful. I switched insurance companies recently and Lincare was in network so I thought I would try them again. Big mistake. Three interactions with them so far and again they were extremely rude and seemed put out that I wanted to switch my supplies to them. I told them to cancel the supply switch. I'll find a company that actually values their customers. Do not recommend them.

EDIT: I called again last week and the person said they opened a case and will have a manager call me back. I also went to the wecare website and left a note with all my detail.... Neither way has produced a call back yet. My rating stays.
Going on 8 months waiting for my machine. Every time I call they say they have it but someone else is working on it and they aren't in right now. Have also asked me (3x now) for my doctor to fax the prescription to a different number. Nothing but the run around so far

I’m a fan of this Lincare office. They scheduled me right away, promptly addressed follow-ups, and seemed to really want me to succeed with my sleep apnea machine. Raquel was very nice, listened carefully, and gave good advice. Would recommend.
