I can’t believe this place has positive reviews. Management needs to really rethink their workers and how they treat customers. I work customer service so does my mother so we try to treat everyone as kindly as possible, make it very easy because we know the struggle. So my mother and I went for 2 French tip pedicures an hour and a half before closing (which we made sure of because we didn’t want to hold the workers up before even trying to go in), then as we walk in we’re greeted very rudely by the big white lady that works there as we tried to nicely ask “hey do you guys have time to do 2 pedis” giving them option to deny us but instead they said yes and we waited. There was another younger Asian lady that helped us as well she was very nice made the experience actually somewhat enjoyable I’d like to add! Thank you! Anyway, when my mother asked for her design she was treated extremely rudely as she once again gave the big lady an out to take the easy road and do a plain French tip but no. So we left with 2 below average looking pedicures, never coming back, unbelievable waste of $150.

Got a dip overlay with my real nails as I been for 4 ‘months now took a min to grow my nails out. My nails chipped 2 days later went back to get them fixed and now a week later my pointer finger nail broke and 3 more nails broke. My nails never went this quick. Now I have to break the rest of them and start over!! Waist of money I’m so mad I don’t have to get them re done right now to even look decent. SMH never will go there again

Was a regular customer until today when my appt wasn’t honored it was completely ignored. Why take appts if you don’t intend to keep them. The walk in who got their 5 min before my appt took my spot I hope she likes her nails This is a big item to me. Now I will look for a new place ☹️

Always satisfied! Jenny is great! If I bring a design she will always do as close as she can to do it and if not we brainstorm together to come up with something I’ll love! If I don’t like something I let her know and she fixes it immediately before we finish! Never been disappointed!! Makes me feel like I’m joking around with friends while I’m in there! Love this place and the people who work here!

Only place I go to have my nails done. I love the fact That’s the same women are there all the time they know you and treat you well I just love their work and I just love my nails when they’re done five stars thanks ladies

Jenive did a fantastic job on my nails. Lots of polish colors to choose from, she helped me pick the perfect shade of red for my skin tone. Staff is friendly and professional. Will continue coming back.

I wish there was a place for zero stars. I have been to this place many times before off and on and they were never that bad! I made an appointment for 3.30 and I walked in 5 min in advance and stayed till 4.00 nobody bothered to say hey sorry we will be late ot anything of the sort!!!!!! Im so disappointed i left 3 kids at home to get my nails done and its so hard for me to get somebody to watch them and then I leave the place very mad. Dont go there

Not one to post a one star review, but this is absolutely warranted. Was a customer for YEARS but never again due to the owners and employees conduct and rapidly declining quality of service. Called at 4:54pm asked ab an opening. the owner Jenny told me 5:15 (they close at 6pm). I get there and they make me wait 25 minutes. Then Jenny was complained *I* am keeping her late. When I tried to defend myself saying no you didn't start until 5:45pm, Jenny started making baseless accusations. She said she's "refused my service many times" (baseless and false + I have literally hundreds of receipts where they definitely took my money. And that bc was late to ONE appointment in 4 years, I'm "always late" 2) Kathleen the tech is a straight up GOSSIP and a SNITCH - if you're serviced by her, do not tell her any personal information. She will tell everyone in your small town your business. She will argue with you about rules that were just posted two weeks ago. And when you acknowledge the rule and don't do it again - she will STILL snitch you out trying to create false narratives. Basically if they dont "like" you (meaning you don't fit with their white is right narratives), they'll purposefully make you wait, complain ab you and make up accusations / try and create a false narrative. (and yes I know she's Asian, go look at her family tho, she's a golden Oreo & fakes her accent.) Only good tech is Genevieve & I hope she leaves. The vibes are just gross and negative.

HORRIBLE.My nails are so curved I can’t type correctly. My cuticles are a mess, my nail art is horrible I literally just got a B on my nail, the acrylic broke in half 10 min after I left and the ownerTold me I only complained bc of the price. I normally have one nail tech I go to but she was busy and I typically spend well over $100 on my nails.Services: Acrylic nails

I didnt even want to leave a review because I didn't want to give this place 0 stars let alone 1. I my friend and I went there to get our nails done. I chose to do a gel manicure and she chose to do full set of acrylic. my gel polish lasted only TWO days before it was chipping and peeling so bad that I decided to just remove the polish. I spent $55 just for it to last TWO days?!?! Also, there service was awful. The lady who did my nails did not even understand what I wanted. I'm pretty sure she didn't even use gel nail polish. my friends nails turn out okay. However, right before we left, she went to get her money out of her pocket and her thumb nail was still tacky. Therefore, she asked the lady if she would fix it and she made a big fuss about it. Just absolutely horrible. I will not be returning and encourage everyone to not give this business your money.
