they absolutely profiled me and made me jump threw loops to take my own money out. They kept me there almost half an hour comparing my signatures on different cards of mine wanted my SS card a more. This all was because I wanted to take out money out my account. worst customer service for this credit union.

If I could give them 0 I would. Let me tell you I have never, and I mean never have delt with such incompetence in my life. I could write a book on all the things that I've had to deal with over the past years with them. I wouldn't care if the loan I took out was a 30% interest rate! The level of stupidity of these people is beyond me! And might I add I have NEVER wrote a review like this. But thanks to a global pandemic here we are. I signed a piece of paper to help skip a payment last month. And I assumed that it was for 3 months like our credit cards and mortgage payments etc. However I get a past due in the mail. No it wasn't for much, but I was still extremely confused. I called, actually got the person on the phone that was on the letter and she said I needed to talk to another person because they handled the application for skipping a payment during the pandemic. Well she said that she was on the phone and to leave her a message. I did this on May 8th. I didnt hear anything back so I figured they shorted it all out because they are known for mistakes like these. Well I just received a phone call asking me for a payment. I stated that I left a message and I was told they were short staffed. But yet you're calling me back? She proceeded to say that I haven't made a payment since January but yet the past due is forty something??!! My payments are around $130 a month, so can you explain to me why my payment you're sending me is past due is only forty some dollars and you're telling me over the phone that I haven't made a payment since January??!! These are the kinds of things I deal with ALL the time. The incompetence is so surreal to me. I asked why did I sign that paper then for help during the pandemic and for not reporting to the credit bureau's, she then stated we have no authority on reporting the the bureau's. I'm sorry, so why does the mortgage, utilities, and credit cards have that authority?! And why does this piece of paper I have state differently from THE MEDINA COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?! The women proceeds to ask you can you make a partial payment?! Like I'm a magician and I can make it appear?! Maybe they have people that lie to them, I dont know. Like if she says over and over again I'm going to give in or something?! All I know is I would rather let this loan and my credit go then deal such incompetence. And my husband said maybe I should talk to a manager. SHE WAS A MANAGER!!! And all these 5 stars I dont believe are actually customers. DO NOT GO HERE. They will harrass you and not even give you the correct information!!!
