It took all of my mothers & grandmothers jewelry to Anneliese and she not only assisted in identifying the gems and metals, but took great care in the repairs and cleaning of all of my most precious heirloom items! Her honesty, expertise, and kindness have surpassed all of my expectations and I am so thankful she is a part of our beautiful community! I am looking forward to returning with my own jewelry to have her help me make all my items perfect and shine again!

We are looking for a new jeweler as the one we went to retired. Got two pieces of jewelry, bracelets that were not high end. We wanted to see how customer service was before we bought better pieces. The first bracelet broke before I could wear it. The clasp for the end decoration piece fell off. I went to pick up the second one that was special ordered , and brought the broke one. They offered to send it to her or fixed and said it would be back within the week. They also said there would be no charge. When I went to pick it up they said their world be a charge. If they would have been honest in the beginning. I would have asked for a refund . Now we will continue looking for a jeweler. I wish Barnby world have stayed in business in Brunswick. We can’t find anyone with the same customer service they had. I need to get a few good pieces before this summer. So, the search is on again.

We bought a few pieces of jewelry since our old jeweler went out of business in Brunswick. I am happy we bought of the lower end just to see how they operated. We will sadly continue looking for another jeweler. We got two bracelets the first one broke before before I could even wear it. The pearl broke off the clasp. It was a little over $100.00 . I took it back when I picked up the other one that was ordered. When they looked at the broken one. That started it needed repaired. So. I let them repair it because they said no charge. When I went to pick it up I ended up having to pay $15.00 for the repair. I should have asked for a refund and let them keep the bracelet. Now I know the don't guarantee their Jewerly . Good thing I didn't purchase a higher end item. Like I said we will continue to look for a new jeweler.

I've used Medina jam a few times and found this place to be wonderful. The owner is so helpful and she's so nice and goes way beyond to trying to make sure you get what you need. The old saying is correct to get what you pay for.

What a treat this place is. The jewelry is beautiful and fairly priced. The owner, Anna, is probably the most delightful person in town. It was worth stopping in just to meet her. If you want something unique and made with care, plus an unmatched buying experience you simply can't go wrong here. I didn't buy anything super fancy, but Anna treated me like I mattered and she treated my purchase with the care of someone who just genuinely enjoys what she does. No pressure, no judgement and incredibly helpful. Skip the assembly line jewelry and pushy sales people. This place is a treasure.

And then there's the experience of shopping here. As you step into the store, you will feel like you've been transported to a Swiss specialty boutique where the paintings of featured artists vie with the sparkle of gold and gems for your attention. Nowhere else will you receive the European-styled personalized attention that Anneliese provides. She makes the shopping experience as delightful as the item being purchased. When it comes to jewelry, I wouldn't even consider shopping anywhere else.
