Usually a good experience,.
Today got an oil change and tire rotation, and didn’t have tires rotated. Called, told them tires were never rotated due to same muddy tire was in same spot….and took car back for rotation after calling with no problem. Don’t discard women bringing in vehicles, some of us know :)

They did not rotate the tires as they were supposed to. They leak oil all over the front of the vehicle when I got home and left three oil marks in my driveway will never be back.

Stopped at the Medina Midas and Nick and Cory took care of my battery issues and had me back on the road within the hour. I will definitely go back.

I wish I remembered the front desk guys name but he was so personable & helpful. Respectful. I watched him interact with about 4 other customers during my wait time, and he was patient & kind with every single one. Kudos to him because the world can be an ugly place at times. Will definitely be returning in the future!
