Came in talked to the GM really nice guy. I had got a flat and threw the spare on and had the back seats don with the wheel in the back. It was just a bad valve stem. They replaced it decent price and even put the spare back and put the seats up and everything. Great service and friendly people

Mechanics are a dying breed, but this location has a man wearing many hats. Not only did he back the name of Mr Tire, he picked up the ball when another location couldn't fulfill. Kept great communication and made sure his team was able to help. Leader quality is hard to find, and their manager has it all. Keep doing what you do man.

We dropped our car off for oil change. After we left, she closed up shop unknown to us. We decided to check on it and our car was in the parking UNLOCKED w the seat moved. Keys were in the store but we used a spare to take out car home. NOT GOOD! I went back the next day and discussed the situation.

I came in for a rotate, and balance. However they I know by previous services. When you balance tires, tire has to be proper weight.
I know for fact they didn't put proper air in my tire to balance it.

I dropped my vehicle off Friday night for the first appointment Saturday morning. Its was 5:40pm (40 minutes after closing time) that my tires got mounted and I got it back. I was supposed to have an alignment also, ran out of time though.

EVERY time ive been there, it's been on a walk in basis without an appointment. They have always gotten me in and taken care of whatever need I may have. Always professional, courteous and quick! I prefer Mr. Tire for all my needs. Definitely a loyal customer for many reasons!

Great place, I stopped in because I had a leak in my tire the guy that was working was very, very effective in helping us. He was amazing.They told us they would fix my tire as soon as possible.And would let me know if it was fixable, or if it needed replaced, it was fixable in a timely manner, they got it done traveling, I was afraid that I was going to be late getting home, but they did everything in their power.They made sure my vehicle was safe to finish my travels home.I highly highly recommend this place

Mr Tire serviced my vehicle today . The service was excellent . The staff was efficient and answered my questions. I will be back . Note , I always call for an appointment for their courtesy and mine .
