They have had hard to find special application tires I thought I would have to special order. Twice I’ve been in a time crunch and they have come through. I can see the other big chain tire dealer from my house, but I don’t bother with them. Voted best for a reason.

Jim and his team always get it done! Very professional, reasonable prices, fast service.
At this point i don't even bother shopping around anymore. So many sales tactics and lies in the industry, I've come to appreciate the straight forward, no bs experience from North gateway!

So as I drive 30 mins to come to North Gateway Tire Co to get an oil change I walked into an unwanted environment. I waited as two people were at the desk clicking away on the computer. No I’ll be right with you or anything. Then finally the guy says “can I help you?” Yes sir I need an oil change. He was flabbergasted that I would ask such a thing. He said you can drop off and pick you car up tomorrow. I only have one guy and a boat load of cars. Okay so you don’t take appointments and then I come in over 4 hours before you close and I can get in? I walked out. Don’t bring your business here. My family comes here often and I understand most people do these things in the mornings but I have kids and other obligations to where I can’t do things in the mornings. Just the rudeness and ignorance was enough to make me know never to come back.

I will never use their services again. Jeff is a very decent person. I contacted Jim, hoping he would help as he promised - he did not keep his word. He treats people with disrespect. He behaves arrogantly.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain the issues with my vehicle. The repairs are completed efficiently, and the pricing was fair with no hidden charges. Many Thank yous to North Gateway Tire. Bought new KO3 tires for my 2019 Tundra from them this past October. One tire I had to keep putting air in as of recent. Stopped in at the shop to set up an appt and they took me right in on that visit. Fixed my issue which was a valve stem leak and sent me on my way in less than a1/2 hr. True customer service from this shop every time I go. Thank you North Gateway Tire!
