They are nice people. They manage things so well and load you quickly and properly. Shipping starts at 5 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. I had an appointment for tomorrow, but they loaded me today.

First time picking up here — check-in went very smoothly. I didn’t realize I had to check in since I was waiting in line outside the entrance. Three trucks behind us ended up checking in before we did, but the gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful and got us sorted quickly. Loading was fast, and the operator was a really nice guy. Great experience overall!

Gentleman at front desk was kind only good thing I have to say. A little long wait time so I had to start a split log, older white man real cranky and rude, he’s upset I had to keep it under 5mph to not start my clock, mind you it’s like a 100ft long takes less than a minute take a chill pill ya know? Super condescending kind of guy and hates his job but takes it out on drivers kinda deal.
If you’re upset about us having to crawl a few feet don’t take so many hours loading us plain and simple

Good place to pick up and deliver. It does get and slow at when its crowded, not gonna lie.
Make sure when entering stay parked to the left. The shuttle trucks use the right side of the waiting area and will make you move.
First come first serve loading. Overnight and on-site parking is allowed

Place has gone from fairly easy to let's do some extra shyt because we aint got the brains. I'm sure alot of it has to do with the non English morons doing dumb shyt but it just make me say nope to the next time. Can't idle while loading. (For flat bed) nothing on the deck or they refuse to load. Yeah won't be back here after the headache the loader I had threw.
