Local guide here. tl;drI hate having to write negative reviews bc I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but I can tell you it doesn’t feel welcoming when I go in and felt I needed to share with everyone. I use their shared branch services and have only had to walk in to the bank twice (Liberty Federal CU is based out of Indiana and I live in Medina so I’m going to have to find a different shared beach), I don’t recommend this branch at all.Full experience:The second time i entered I was advised that there was a transaction limit for shared branch services. Maybe that’s their awesome marketing tactic to solicit new members, but I had two other thoughts about that, one, maybe they’d prefer I didn’t come into the branch that often bc I make them feel uncomfortable. Two, maybe that’s a good thing, sadly. While standing in line today I observed one customer who drove up to the window and was immediately served. When it was finally my turn, I commented to the teller that if I would have known they service drive ups before inside customers I would have driven up. The teller says, “we don’t.” In response to her explanation I mentioned that it’s all about optics, if a customer perceives drive ups get serviced first, it doesn’t look good. She tried to explain it away again but I don’t think she understood the bit about optics. This was my second experience. My first wasn’t any better. My funds were deposited into the wrong account despite me filling out their shared banking form correctly, by the same teller, and then she told me I was all set. Good thing I checked before I left, funds needed to go into my business checking but she deposited them into something else. There’s two parking spaces by the building and you’re almost guaranteed to get almost run over by someone racing through the parking lot of you park further away. Avoid this location or CU if possible, PSE is not for me.

It seems they like to rip people off my account should have been in the positive but they charged me overdraft fees for stuff even tho I had money in the account I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Their system is always down and I can never pay my auto bill. I've emailed and requested assistance with no luck. I tried to call and got the runaround, but I work the same hrs so I can't keep constantly calling. Their card payment doesn't work, their phone payment doesn't work. HOW DO I PAY MY BILL!!!!

My mother banks with them through her teachers union, and she told me about a promotion they were having for refinancing autos and motorcycles. I called and spoke to Sheri and she walked me through the process. Unfortunately I did not qualify the first time (4 months ago), and she said she would keep my application till September so I could apply again. I honestly totally forgot about it and Sheri sent me an email asking me if I would like to try again. Of course I said yes and this time i did. Sheri walked me through the process and had an answer for me within 12hrs. She explained to me what I needed and that I could email or fax it over since my work schedule is hectic. I went today and signed the papers to refinance my motorcycle. She also informed me that I qualified for a higher cash back percentage. I was more than pleased. The whole process took about 30min to sign all the paperwork and get my account set up. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She also offered to write the credit bureaus to help me get rid of some of the things that were showing on my report from years ago that i settled and hadnt come off yet. The rest of the staff there was awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to open an account or refinance anything.

Great People. Personal Service. I go to this bank quite frequently. My entire family has accounts there. They really make you feel special when you step into the door. I also have a small business which usually has an even smallerr balance. Ha. They NEVER make me feel any less important than larger companies that they do business with. Each member is treated equally. The personal service is my favorite aspect of this bank. If you want to feel like a number, go to PNC or KEY. If you want to feel like you're stopping at a friend's house (who holda onto or gives you money), then PSE is the one for you. The limited locations originally frustrated me, but now with their shared branch partnerships with other credit unions, you still get the personal service but now have the options to complete transactions pretty much wherever you are. I know this sounds like a pitch, but it isn't. I just like knowing that the very little money I have is in the hands of people who care about me, my future and my business.
