Riz and his techs were so patient and helpful to me! Had laptop hard drive replaced. Riz was honest when I asked if I should buy a used computer from him or get nee hard drive. He could have made more money from me by just suggesting I buy a new computer.They also moved pictures to a hard drive for me.Highly recommend
