I will not be returning. My experience with Simona was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional and condescending, did not follow the inspiration photos I provided, and responded dismissively when I expressed concerns about the outcome. I’ve also heard similar feedback from others regarding her lack of professionalism and overly aggressive demeanor. I strongly recommend seeking another stylist for a better experience. Seriously upsetting to have a hairstylist be so miserable and take it out on paying clients.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The customer service is outstanding and they have reasonable prices! Waxes are just $16! Definitely cheaper than anywhere else. If you go here ask for a woman named Brooke. She is an awesome person who will help you with anything you need! You won't regret it! :)

She listens to me and is always ready with suggestions when I am struggling with new ideas. Her knowledge of technique and keeping her skills current are impressive. I have been going to Salon Artistry for 5 years now. Laurie the owner does my hair and can't say enough about how much I love her. I look forward to my monthly appointments catching up with each others lives. Her knowledge in this industry is amazing, and I'm assured that my color and cut will be perfect. She's very caring of her clients needs and gives the best shampoo ever. I appreciate the special touches, like a warm towel, or a cup of coffee, and just being treated like family when I walk into her shop. I have been coming to Salon Artistry for over 14 years. I make my appointments with Laurie in advance, and she is always ready for me when I walk in the door. When I’m not quite sure what I want done with my hair, Laurie always has the best recommendations. We laugh a lot when I sit in her chair, and we all need to laugh! Laurie has been cutting and styling my hair for 10 years, and I now bring my 10 year old daughter for a joint haircut (and sometimes nails, too) each time I go. Laurie is very professional and she always knows the latest trends in color and cuts. She is extremely easy to talk to, and her salon is very comfortable and relaxing.
