Only one star because of the perfume, I paid $112 for a 50 ml bottle. Itās fake perfume not long lasting even for a day. Just let you know they donāt have the original perfume at least I experienced.

Iāve been coming to this Sephora since it opened and every time but one, Iāve had a horrible experience. The first time I came in, it was just me (I am a young female). I wanted a lip gloss but I noticed that I was being followed around the store as I searched for the right brand. The employee didnāt ask if I needed help, just followed me around like I was a criminal about to steal something. I felt insulted and stereotyped but since this is the closest Sephora, I knew Iād unfortunately have to return. The second time I came in, I was stared at (not greeted) by the same terribly rude employee. Again, there she was at every turn. As I walked up to the Drunk Elephant display, she said āCan I help you?ā and when I said I was simply looking, she stood there and stared at me. I went to use a tester product and she informed me that I couldnāt since the actual product was out of stock. Again, I felt like I was being watched for stealing, but alas I would return much to my dismay. The third visit, I was greeted with a cold āHello, can I help you get something?ā I asked for help finding Tarte concealer and help was given. She then took my product and put it behind the counter where she stood. I wondered why the sudden change in behavior from following to simply staring, but this mystery was revealed when she informed me to āfill out the survey positively and shout [her] out by nameā. I did this and gave her positive feedback because I thought ākindness should prevailā but after my last experience today, I will not be lying or returning anymore. I walked in with one of my other friends this afternoon and was again met with an angry look. I was followed around the store, more boldly then usual. Every corner I turned, she was there making sure I didnāt steal. At this point, I was fed up. I started walking quickly around the store to test my theory about whether or not I was being stalked and sure enough, the employee followed my every move. I simply wanted to shop in peace. I had no intention on stealing and was insulted that she would make this bold assumption knowing Iām a frequent customer. I finally got my product and as I paid, the employee asked me to āput in my Mom or Dadās phone numberā. WHAT? To put it simply, I am not young enough to be using my parents phone number so this assumption was bold (not surprising given past behavior). I said I wasnāt going to use a phone number because I didnāt have an account with Kohlās and the employee barked at me to try it anyway. I used a fake number that somehow worked and left. I will never return and I feel like my privacy was violated during my ten minutes in the story. Every occurrence is with the same rude lady, and she needs to be fired immediately.

the Medina store is so much nicer than the one I usually shop at. I just filled out the customer survey and mad I didnt get a chance to mention my clerks name. she was Lexi and she deserves a raise! just saying

I have had a Kohlās charge for years. This last month I have had 3 $50 charges that NO ONE can explain what they are for! I have talked to customer service in some Latina country 6 different times and I am getting no answers. Be careful and watch your charge billsā¦ā¦ I am still trying to get this resolved with no help from kohls ?

This is a great store to order online from. I use my email, place my order and then go pick it up outside the store. Great variety of clothing and household goods. Always very well stocked and quick service putting the order together. Simple, easy and safe.

Went today to make an exchange and do some shopping. The woman at the entrance was so rude and just mean I made my exchange and left. Iāve never had a kohls employee be anything but kind and helpful. Very disappointed.
