The young lady that waited on me was so helpful. She provided an explanation on why my paint needed a certain amount of time to shake/mix before I even thought to ask. She was cheerful and seemed pleased to have me as a customer. More associates should be like her. I have always loved Sherwin Williams products. The associate that waited on me made the experience the best I have ever had. I have used Sherwin Williams products for over 30 years.

I went into Sherwin Williams store for a can of stain. I thought why not ask if they know any painters . He said just contractors. As I was walking out my husband pointed out the board with business cards on it. We picked one card and he was a fantastic painter. We only had a small amount of time for the painting and for it to dry. I called Charles Greene who is local . I would recommend him to anyone very polite, on time and did the job perfectly. Plus offered to put our fan blades back on! What a very nice guy! Sherwin Williams you need to recommend him especially when asked .

Wonderfully helpful! Hannah is my paint hero. She was able to look up sample colors that I had purchased before so that I didn't have to start my paint search from scratch. She also gave me color insight and recommendations, which were beautiful. It really helped my indecisiveness! Thank you Hannah for the wonderful customer service, and our lovely new interior.

In the most respectful way that I can write a review, something has dramatically changed at this location from a management or a team member perspective in the last 1-3 years. This is now the third time either using the app or calling into the store to order paint, to then arrive for pickup and the order either is lost or they have no record of a phone conversation. It is very frustrating to try to keep projects on-time, while wasting trips into store, reconfirming an order that I already placed, and waiting additional time for them to mix it. Manager was respectful and offered a coupon to any store, but unfortunately that doesn't help me get my paint and projects done. Long time customer, taking my business elsewhere.

Do not buy their deck stains, After spending over $ 700 bucks on this transparency type stain, it began to peel, And yes the surface was prepped correctly. After contacting this store They ignored me for weeks! Then was told to bring samples of the peeling product. Yeah we will send it to the "LAB" Give me a break. Its garbage ! Went to Home Depot and purchased CWF!! Problem solved ! Sherwin Williams Never again!
