We just bought a 2017 ford escape for my girlfriend seems everything is okay with it. It’s getting taken to her dads mechanics shop Wednesday to have full overhaul done to it to see if any issue exist with it most likely they were pretty honest and nice people so I’ll update if anything is found but the guys there are really nice

We were very pleased with our experience at Southern Select. We dealt with Alex Bojadzic, he was very helpful and made our buying experience enjoyable. He was quick to answer all our questions and made the process go quick and smooth even though he was working alone and was extremely busy, he never made us feel rushed. We had a minor issue with our temporarily tag and he was quick to fix the issue. We would definitely return in the future for our car buying needs and recommend them to others.

Just dont... they will literally half-cobble together anything they find at an auction to make a sale.... I bought a Chevy truck with 78k - told them I wanted a clean truck... this one looked in decent shape... i only put 1.8k miles on it this year and transmission is currently failing, oil drain bolt was seized on (I'd be surprised if they even changed the oil) and upon deeper inspection: none of the brakes and/or any front end part had ever been serviced.... I looked further underneath - they slapped a bunch of bondo on the body and asked a price you would pay for an ACTUAL clean southern truck... My fault I got scammed... I reached out via email a few months afterwards and got no reply. Going forward - I'm good.... The worst part is budget wasn't even an issue and they still recommended a busted zzz truck... way to go - cheers

I found the exact car I was looking for on line. After talking with Brian Repasy ( salesman) I drove over 1000 miles to look at the car. It was exactly or even better than described over the phone. We got through the paperwork in about 20 minutes and I dove the car home. Could not be happier with Southern Select Auto Sales or my car. Thanks Brian and Southern Select Auto Sales!!!!

all of the trucks look different in person from in the pictures. salesmen watched us pull in and walk around for 20 minutes and never came out or acknowledged us once even though we intended on buying.

Stay Away!!! Dishonest and Will not disclose the vehicles real problems. They buy vehicles at auction use Flynn's auto shop to service the vehicle and put newer tires and rims. At this stage any real mechanic shop would disclose information seen during a service. Bought a Truck from them and was told the head light would be fixed and a full tank of gas. Upon arrival neither happened. The light was not operational and the person trying to fix it could not. It was closing time and dark at this point I drove home and not even 2 miles down the road the whole assembly fell off completely. Pulled over and taped everything in place thinking it was a small error. Back on the road 3 miles south of Medina the truck just haults with a screech. I look under the truck and it's a mess not knowing the viscosity of the damage at this point I called a tow company to take the truck to my home. And called the next day for a local dodge dealership to take a look. They could not get to it in a over 2 weeks. Towed the truck there they look at and discovered the front differential splines and half shaft splines are gone. I'm no expert on vehicles but this is Easley noticed by a qualified mechanic. After there assement I had them do all recalls and fix just the headlamp wiring harness and lamp. $700 with the full inspection. It's then towed to a more affordable but reliable local shop where they did an amazing job at a reasonable rate. $4100 there to do all the breaks rotors struts shocks tire rods front half shafts and the front drive assembly. There's still major electrical issues and can't be driven at night also the backup camera does not work. I then call this company after getting all the information and ask for a small portion in return this took around a month between both shops. Just the 1 major part $1600. They would not. I then ask make a reasonable gesture they want me to drive the truck up there and they will fix the electrical. I do not trust them and no one should. Our families personal law firm is aware and will take action Shortly as now we will go for all repairs and parts and 3 tow bills and there hefty fee.

Had the truck for a week and the engine light came on due to an Evap leak. Turns out there was a hose taped together with painters tape and a completely rotted out hose and a hose that was just cut off going to nothing. I don’t believe they looked this car over once.

had a pretty pleasant experience buying a truck from here a few weeks ago. wanted to give it a little time before writing a review. the salesman was kind, as i was there a while after they closed waiting on financing stuff. lot was clean, dudes were knowledgeable. giving a 4 star because about 24 hours after i bought a sierra 2500hd the CEL came on. ran my scanner through the truck and they just simply erased the code for the sale it looked like. now i have to jump through hoops to get the truck through echeck. also had to replace a lot of parts on it already which should have been regular maintenance.
