I do a lot of printing for all my businesses, this place is very convenient and priced reasonably for the quick turnaround time they give me. This past visit the manager went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed.

This review is specifically for the older woman working in printing and photocopying. I went to this location for the convenience of my errands today, however I always go to strongsville staples (which is where I will be returning). I had Amazon returns and there was a gentleman behind me in line. And as the woman is taking care of me she says “sir do you need a copy made” and then when he says yes she talks on her speaker and goes “can someone come take over on Amazon returns so I can help the paying costumer” and walks away mid return. LITTLE did she know I own a very large construction company and spend THOUSANDS of dollars MONTHLY at staples on blueprints. If you don’t believe me - look us up. Titan Construction and Repair. I was planning on using my Amazon return $10 reward to place an order for blueprints. After hearing that, that was unacceptable and down right unprofessional. Medina staples you just lost ALL of my business. Don’t be so quick to judge costumers for returns. I can 100% guarantee I would have spent more than the gentleman you chose to help instead of me.

TSA Pre Check process was a complete clown show. I had a 12:20 appointment. They let me in 70 minutes late, only because the person before me left because they had to go back to work. Otherwise it would’ve been even longer.The irony of waiting almost an hour to get TSA precheck enrolled was not lost on me, but the experience was completely abysmal. People sign up to do this on their lunch, it’s straight disrespectful.Edit: your form response BS doesn’t help. Don’t pretend to care, this happens every day here.DO NOT COME HERE FOR TSA PRECHECK OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFICATION SERVICES ITS A COMPLETE CLOWN SHOW

Feb 17, 2023, 7 pm both self-serve printers were out of service. I've been coming here to make copies for quite some time and there was always cheerful staff. The young man behind the counter was someone whom I haven't seen before.He had a laissez faire attitude and said the self serve printers probably needed to be rebooted but didn't reboot them. He did make the copies for me but said he couldn't make some copies of personal originals because of privacy policies and that those copies would have to be made on the self serve printers - that weren't working.His attitude made the experience uncomfortable compared to previous staff who were cheerful. I tried to make small talk and explained that I'd had a tough day (my credit and debit cards were stolen recently) and that it was an inconvenience that the self service machines weren't working for the personal copies. He said, "Sorry for your misfortunes," in a deadpan voice as he walked away.If this is the new staff, then I won't be coming to make copies here anymore.

Terrible customer service with an attitude from the young man working the printing section. My experience on 2/15/2024 @ 7:45pm. Just a matter of time this will become another Staples store to close, because of customer relations…

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. The people in the printing center are USELESS, and obviously have no idea how to do their job. They're also very rude! They couldn't even do something as simple as resize an image! I spoke with the general manager, and he's clearly just as brain dead as his employees!

TLDR - Inflated prices and terrible service18 dollars for 5 folders. 350 for a rolling chair straight from xingping China. I would be better off dumpster diving for this stuff of this quality. But I wasn't here for the wish.com merchandise. I was here for a TSA Precheck appointment (set up for 1:20 pm) and did not get in until 3:15. You can blame it on the labor shortage. But I guarantee you Staples pays 8.50 an hour. It's 100 percent their fault and they don't seem to care. I know if I were an employee I wouldn't. Not for 8.50 an hour (like 20 percent of that taxed away as well). Any competent service professional would take their skills to the clean and friendly Amazon warehouses. Places like these make me wish and pray for the expedited overtake of Amazon. At least hobby lobby fears God.I would leave 0 stars, but the melancholy tunes of weezer serenaded me the whole way through. Soothed me like a baby. 1 star.

This is the quintessential office supply store. I like to wander around just to see what’s new and different. They are now doing TSA pre check vetting so you can skim the long lines at the airport. It took me about 20 minutes to get checked out and I had my number in about 5 days.

I always go to Staples to buy Antivirus software for my computer because Staples always seem to be the cheapest especially when the Antivirus software is on sale. The people that work at Staples are always friendly and very helpful.
