The Exchange is a great store with a great selection of movies, music, and games. The staff is friendly, professional, patient, and welcoming. They have a decent selection, with a pretty good PS1 games collection, though the store has more games and movies recently. The prices can be hefty, even on used items like CDs and vinyl. If they don't have an item in store, they will order it from their warehouse or other stores, usually within 3-7 days. Some customers note the store hours could be better, but it is not a bad place.
