Great fast service with friendly staff

UPS lost my package. I was instructed by the UPS customer service phone line to go into the store where my package was shipped from to obtain assistance if needed to file a claim. Dee, in customer service in the UPS, Court Rd, Medina, OH store refused to provide me with assistance with filing a claim, even when I asked to pull the website up to have her help walk me through the process. She responded she did not know how to file a claim. So a customer service rep, working in a UPS Store, does not know how to work their system. Makes PERFECT sense to me. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed managers don't work on the weekends so issues cannot be addressed on the weekends. I will not be returning to this location due to how poorly ran this location is and rude the staff were.

I went to this location to get some legal documentation with a timeline to my Attorney in Cleveland. Unbeknownst to me I thought I was using UPS and paid for the expedited shipping. As it turns out this location just sent it through the USPS. I could have gone to the post office if that's what I wanted. The delivery was late upon arrival and this was due to it getting lost. Next time I'll go somewhere else where they actually will listen to what I ask. FYI to the person helping me..... . Please Listen closely next time.

Had important documents i need notarized came in the first day their notary left at three my fault should have checked i double checked there would be one tommorow and they would be there by three. If there is not going to in fact be someone there then don’t say there will be as to the fact it wastes gas time and can screw someone over notary’s aren’t a small matter.

I just got out of the UPS store, went there to print some paperwork. Christine was so helpful and patient, she went above and beyond. What a wonderful service, she is a true professional. And their prices are very reasonable for the quality.Thank you Christine.

Item was shipped through this store but was lost in transit they told me call customer service and customer service told me call the store, getting jacked around, possibly a training issue but that doesn’t help me or person needing the items as shipment was greatly needed for a college project , UPS doesn’t seem to care much about helping customers. I have filed two BBB complaints
