You know you look at these reviews and it almost turns you away from ever using them. I run a side business and I use usps and keep using the post office because of Byron. He’s the reason I keep going here. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, always calm, super chill and talks to you with respect. He’s the reason I enjoy coming in every time I need to deliver a package. And when I turn it in, not even 10 minutes later I get a notification that my package has been shipped out of the facility. I do however think that this place needs more employees like him. It would definitely make that location turn a complete 180. Byron if you read this, thanks man! You truly are the best!

Look at all the bad reviews. Yikes! It ain’t no fun working with the public. That said, I took a package in to be mailed yesterday, and had a really nice experience. I didn’t know what I was doing, and the young man behind the counter was very helpful, and even a little friendly. I left feeling really positive about the place.

I don’t know why this office is still open. The employees are apathetic and condescending. Just now, I asked if they had passport forms and the gentleman at the counter said “we haven’t had them in 20 years.”

This establishment would be better if it was all robots. Worst USPS experience EVER. Bring your camp gear and a sleeping bag, you’ll be inside for a while. The year is 2025, why can’t this process be contactless and self serve….

The medina post office is worthless, the mail carriers are so lazy they don't even try to do a good job, they can't bend over to leave a package on the porch now the package is at the post office and there closed. I need that delivery for a trip tomorrow now I have to run out and re buy everything.

Ordered prescription by ups home delivery usps received pkg in down town main, it took 3 more days and I go it neighbors mail as well. Or area needs to be watched more for accuracy.

No one is on the same page. Called 2 different places and was told yes, went to each location and was told no. Make sure you get the persons name you talked to on the phone.

The driver is terrible. He never leaves the package, never leaves a slip that says come pick up ur package, just keep waiting for the package for it not to get here. I've had the doors open and ge doesn't care. I wanna see something done about this, this is now the 10th time... I want my package

If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman, Byron, is the only great worker there. The African American woman never does a single thing, is rude, and downright doesn't give a fig about her job. By the time Byron does more than 5 shipments, she hasn't even finished one (if she even takes anybody at all.)Seven people in line behind me walked out due to the insanely long line. I waited nearly 45 minutes to mail a single, small package. I have had multiple surgeries and can't stand for long so this is just extremely ridiculous. There is not enough staff working up at the front and Byron is extremely overworked.I don't know how the woman is even still working there. She needs to be fired immediately and replaced with someone who can actually do the job and do it well. I'll be taking my business to UPS from now on. USPS continually disappoints.

when you look up a tracking number is just says at front design Medina Ohio. But where is it? It does not show address and you can't call to ask what location it's at. Nice work

Always a bad experience. Today all I wanted was postcard stamps - they have none and the explanation was they’re running out of a lot of things because they haven’t placed an order in a long time. Isn’t that what they are for and shouldn’t they carry what people need? I would give it zero stars if I could.
