I always find what I need, but I also want to share how great their customer service was this one night. I was shopping for baking ingredients and a foreign lady came to me and asked if I could pay for the clothes in her cart cause she couldn’t afford it for her kids “with the war going on”. I told her “no I’m on a budget myself sorry” and she came to me and SAID, not asked, “Just two ” and she kept repeating herself after I told her no! I had to tell her no four times!Afterwards, I felt unsafe as a woman by herself in the evening to walk out to my car alone. After I paid for my things, I asked a worker if there was anyone to walk to my car with me due to what happened. A lady came to me really quick and was so welcoming and sweet! I told her where it happened. And she asked and made sure I was ok before she left. Thank you so much for that! I’m happy to know that if something happens again, I know there’s people who are happy to help :))

One week you can buy a item then a week later your out of it. I feel the shoppers can do there job on none Busy times. They're always in the Isle blocking the customer. I like to do my own in store shopping. Always shortage on electric carts.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't take Google pay Apple pay, just Walmart pay. How stupid is that. How inconvenient is that? I left work to go take my break to go get something to eat. Couldn't even pay because I didn't have my card. Just my phone so now I'm stuck at work. 9 hours. No food because they only take Walmart pay. AND DOESN'T EVEN HAVE IT POSTED THAT THAT'S THE ONLY KIND OF PAY THEY TAKE

One employee was very rude to my elderly mother and I heard it with my own 2 ears. ? Told her something was not in stock without even looking it up. And when she found it that employee got lippy with her while she was waiting for another employee to finish a conversation with another customer so she could ask him for help instead. I heard it go down as I was on video chat to ensure she got the correct item. That is not the way anyone should be treated!

Their chicken tenderloins by the WalMart Brand are the best! And the best price‼️. So much less cost than buying cat food for my 18 year-old cat.She gets Rachael Ray hard cat food.The packaged “””blue label””” Lettuce is also the best. Don’t buy any other lettuce.I will be back to put the brand name on here. The dude at the front door is a little scary. But harmless.

The employees working the electronic section were very rude to my grandma and I do not appreciate it. Your employees need to be trained better and need to know how to treat elderly people better. Shame on you, I hope my cousin gave them a nice talking to before he was kicked out.

Check the online prices before going. Went to buy a hand truck. Saw they had them online with curbside pick up for $23.xx, I needed it now so I walked into the store went to the isle listed online and took it up to the register, it came up to $37.xx. Make sure you check your prices. I would’ve gotten charged nearly double. The store associate said they don’t price match their own online prices. Beware

My go-to store when I need something inexpensive. I like the Avon store better than I do the Lorain store, but it's still Walmart. People are definitely interesting when you go to any of the locations, but you can't beat the prices. If I can't find it at my place of employment, I know I can find it at Walmart.

Whatever happened to customer service. Not coming to work, looking like a punk with piercings all over your face and blue hair and then trying to wave at little kids scaring them to death , or the fact that we are expected to scan and bag our own groceries then get stopped on the way out of the door to have our bags checked and our integrity in question ? Get the cashiers back and quit letting clowns work here

Don't ever get anything done to your car at the automotive department here!!!! I needed an oil change an figured I'd get one here since I needed to shop, they took my money for an oil change and an empty oil reserve is what I received yes that's what I said no oil at all. Luckily I checked when I got home like I always do or I would have had major problems. Use their services at your own risk I'll never go back!!!

I had a cart load, the lady that checked me out was so afraid of doing any work, I felt like I worked there. I'm 63 years old and had my gdaughter who is 3, she expected my little one to push the extra cart out! So many employees, just doing nothing.

Always have to check the receipt to make sure I haven't been overcharged on anything. It's a real pain. I'm disabled and most of the time there are no motorized carts there or they are not charged up.
