They saved me a $400 ac line ($1200 total bill and a 7 day wait for the part) that was replaced within the last eight years. If something does go wrong and they will eventually because some customers come in with a noise and the tech finds a noise in three places fixes 2 of them however not the noise the person hears, people get upset. “My bike was acting up as I was biking downtown and it felt like something was grinding. I stopped in front of genuine auto parts store thinking I was gonna run in and grab some WD-40 and before I could hardy hop off my bike, three guys immediately came out to help see if they could fix my bike. They sprayed PV blaster all over my gears and my wheels, lifted the buckles on my basket, tuned up the bike, and sent me on my way. What wonderful humans, I love Fairborn. These guys are the best!”
“Recently, I went in to this store to get a new car battery. My battery had corrosion and put up a fight as they tried to replace it. This was when the weather was single digits and they worked tirelessly for 2+ hours in the freezing cold. In the end, they were unable to fix it. They paid for me to get it towed to an auto shop so I could get it fixed. These workers went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful!!”

“Wow! This store feels roomy. The service is incredible and the workers actually give me the right parts and help find the most affordable quality part without being pushy. The other Auto store nearby is always crowded, slow, given me wrong parts several times. Its hard just to walk into Auto Zone and browse because the line gets back to the entrance and no room to walk. When you walk in, you can feel the heaviness of the place. Not pleasant. Advanced is the total opposite! Definitely check them out!!”
