I have spent thousands on Harley Aermacchi parts here over the years, they must have new owners. When I called about a part a guy named Matt would look and see if they had it while I was on the phone, if they did I would pay for it and it was shipped that day. Now they have a guy named kolan who won't even look to see if they have it for days even weeks, he says he hasn't had a chance to look yet a week later. How do you operate a buisiness like that.It is beyond my understanding Maybe someone should EXPLAIN how capitolism works. Customer's are important !We aren't just annoying people that want things.This place is too frustrating to deal with now.Keep The Parts!Obviously your not in the business of selling them!

You need a new parts person and stop letting Marry answers phones she's rude. You need a person with better parts knowledge. I've done business with Jim's for years but thats the last time. You have the parts but her attitude isn't worth it.

Jim is the man...I bought a springer and Jim was the only guy I knew in a 60 mile radius that knew how to set it up an helped me figure out wheel spacers for it.. He even took the time to take me to his museum and show me his Eazy Rider Bike featured in magazines that has a springer like mine set up like mine.Jims is a Harley-Davidson Dealer stuck in time and a great place to visit

back in 80's i had generator problems on my '67 XLH. I stopped at Mendon Jim's and He showed me how to rebuild it for parts cost. the bike is in His museum.
