“The employees have been nicer lately. Always well stocked. Gentleman jack is impossible to find right now but if you're looking for anything else this store is very good. Wish you could use their door instead of walking the mile through giant eagle for one liquor store purchase.”

“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”

“There is a new owner at the BP station located in Chardon, Ohio on route 6. I can’t say enough good things about this owner. He went out of his way to help me with an issue I had with my vehicle. He shared his plans of revamping the entire store soon which will be fantastic for the community. I highly recommend this station!”
“Holy moly, their selection of beer is out of this world!! I feel like a kid in a candy store walking in with my German, fellow beer lover boyfriend, who was also very impressed. Beers from all over the world and refrigerated!!! Will be my go-to beer store from now on. They even have mini kegs!!!”

“I stop in here once in a while, it's my main grocery store, but it is my pharmacy and bakery. The pharmacy workers are great, always quicker than I expect them to be, and they go the extra mile to help see if GoodRx is better than my insurance (it almost always is) and they are overall just friendly! The bakery always exceeds my expectation. I love their muffins and pastries and come here for Paczkis and other special things throughout the year. This past weekend I ordered a sheet cake for a family party, it was beautiful. We ordered the white cake with the strawberries inside, EVERYONE loved it. I've never seen a cake go over so well at an adult party! Shark was the worker who assisted me Sunday morning and shout out, because everything was perfect! I jumped right in line, almost no wait which was a miracle on a Sunday morning and because I was running late and holding a heavy cake! The woman who checked me out (sorry I lost the little survey slip in the party set up) was so friendly and commented on how beautiful the cake was and wished me a good time! I love that kind of friendly interaction. Speaking of friendly interaction, I didn't see Benny on Sunday, but any time I do, I head to his line, he is soooo friendly! He makes great bakery suggestions for me and is just always in a good mood despite the chaos around him in that place!”

“This has been my go to place for "convenience store" runs since it opened because they have nearly everything I want, with the added benefit of not having to get out of the car. Plus the service is always quick and they are always so polite.If I haven't already persuaded you to try them out know this they have one of the larger selections of energy drinks in flavors I didn't know existed and a amazing selection of chips and candy.Seriously I can't give this place enough love. The plaza, teeming with shops and eateries, offered a bounty as varied as the goods in a merchant's hold. Each store was like a treasure chest, filled with goods and wares to delight any shopper. The eatery aromas were as tantalizing as a feast on the high seas, luring hungry souls with promises of delicious fare. The crew, I mean the staff, in each establishment were as helpful and cheerful as shipmates on a calm sea. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, like a deck during a shore leave celebration. Willo Plaza, for its variety of stores and merry environment, earns a mighty five parrots out of five from this shopping-loving pirate!”
