Zappy's Auto Washes is a convenient car wash option that offers both self-service bays and drive-through washes. Customers appreciate the well-functioning self-service bays, which are easy to use and fairly priced, with features like a change machine and free vacuums. The drive-through wash is also available at a reasonable cost, making it a versatile choice for different needs. The brushless wash provides a good clean without damaging the vehicle, especially for trucks and antennas. Many customers visit regularly, enjoying the friendly service and the clean cars they get. Some note that the self-service bays sometimes lack soap from the wand but still work well overall. The business is known for its good customer service, including handling lost items responsibly. Overall, Zappy's Auto Washes is a reliable, above-average place to keep vehicles clean and shiny.
Depends on the location. Most of the touchless washes can't get salt residue off of windows, which defeats the purpose of the wash. The Chardon location is the best, by far. I used the self wash bay in Mentor, worked great, but couldn't print a receipt to get reimbursed for a company vehicle.

Great pressure n price. But dollar reader doesn't work in some booths especially the high pressure booth. My favorite.

Great place for washing off road salt. Sprayers work well and the $4.50 for 8 minutes seems reasonable. So glad this place is available close by
