Called yesterday about notary service. They have. Called today to confirm. Guy will be in until 4 pm. I arrive—after a 40-minute drive—to find he just left for lunch. It’s 1:45. Who takes lunch before they leave work? And why couldn’t they say he may need a break? A waste of time that I really needed. I’ve been a member since the 90s and I can say for sure AAA is NOT what it used to be.

Called and waited on hold for a WHILE then someone answered and just hung up and didn't even get a call back. annoying..

My boyfriend as a new member received his new card with his nickname vs his real name on it. He called the mentor office to correct & was not treated nicely at all on the phone. As a matter of fact she didn't even say thank you at the end of call. We were shocked when she just hung up. She was very unprofessional, especially when dealing with a new member.

Disregarding advice from friends, I went to AAA to book my first vacation in 22 years with my son, for his birthday. My agent was Arianna. After booking (no discounts, I could have booked on own), I needed to change my return flight. At the time that I called Arianna the change was the same price. However, by the time she got back with me the price went up $40 ($80 total). I ended up calling the airline who was able to get me the return flight at the original price. I was also told that the names on the tickets would need to match our IDs. Thank God for the airlines who went in, spelled my name correctly and spelled out my son’s name using a space between first, middle and last name. I won’t be going back. One last thing. I was told that when I left vm snd emails regarding what I needed done, that she was out of the office for 2 days. I know my email has a message I can automatically send out stating “out of office… if you need additional assistance contact…with phone or extension”

The only thing harder than purchasing an AAA insurance policy is cancelling one. Internet communication is dismal.

worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled

My trip was made without to much hassle. But now I have called and left message 3 times for Elizabeth and she has not returned my call. It is 18 days before my trip if she has no information yet at lest have the decency to let me know that. Should have went to Solon.

Wish I could give no stars. Called for a battery charge at 3pm. Called at 5:30 for an update. Told I would hear back in 10-15 minutes. Heard nothing. Called at 6:45 and was told the road service technician would call me. Never happened. Called at 7:40 and was told they were really busy in Ohio do they were giving no ETA's. Also signed up for text message updates and got none. Boyfriend uses another service which he called at 8:15pm. The got here at 9:45 and called twice before arriving with ETAs and apologies for it taking so long. At 10:45 I called AAA back to cancel the service and asked to be called by a supervisor tomorrow to get my membership fee reimbursed. My membership expires in March and this was the first call I had into them in years and I never got the service I requested. I know I sound angry and I am especially after I explained to them on each call that I had a family member in the hospital I needed to go visit who is terminally ill and I missed visiting them due to my 7 hour wait that got no results.

The staff at AAA are wonderful! The Mentor office has insurance and travel agents. I also go there to get maps and triptiks for our family road trips. They are always so friendly and helpful!
