I had a very unpleasant experience on April 2nd around 3:00 PM at the Aldi store on Mentor Ave. From the moment I walked in, I noticed two employees—a manager with short reddish hair and a man who seemed to be in training—following me throughout the store for no apparent reason. I felt watched and uncomfortable, but I chose to ignore it. However, when I left and began loading my groceries into my car, they followed me into the parking lot and stood there laughing. It was a humiliating and completely unnecessary situation.
This kind of behavior is not only inappropriate, but it also creates a hostile environment for customers. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect, free from judgment or insinuation.

Aldi is always a great stop. It is a sister store to Trader Joe's. Aldi carries a great variety of foods, fresh produce and merchandise for your home. Great wine selection too! All reasonably priced! ?✅

Wow super clean and honestly amazing prices this is our new spot for groceries cant believe I was spending what I was at giant eagle compared to this place yeah you have to pay for paper bags so what I walked out with 3x the amount of groceries then I did at giant eagle and paid 2$ for paper bags go here!
