Needed a clay riser shipped to Buffalo, NY over a holiday weekend, even though they typically don't ship them due to breakage risks. They couldn't guarantee it would arrive intact, but they did their best, and it arrived perfectly packed! Crystal Schmidt was knowledgeable, wonderful to work with, and provided great, speedy communication throughout. Couldn't be happier with this company!
