Save the gas and buy online. The staff is very immature, rude and likes to hide and laugh at you while you’re shopping. They will leave you waiting at the registers while they play on their cell phones. I left the clothes and walked out today. The joke is on each of them as the mall will eventually close for good, thanks for making shopping so unenjoyable!

Walked in to do a return and of the 2 people there, 1 was helping a customer. There was no greeting or a acknowledgement of me entering the store or that they could help in any way or be right with me. The other employee was standing there and after a minute or 2, helped the customer ahead of me. Once she was done, the employee walked around to grab something and came right back. I’m still standing in line, waiting. Obviously. There was a customer that was waiting behind me that asked to pass through. I thought she was going to the other side of the store just for the associate to ask if they were ready. I abruptly left the store saying “I was next but ok.” This is why I shop online and frankly, this isn’t the first time service in this store has been just not great. I will no longer be shopping online if the best option for returns is to this store. American Eagle has gone way down hill. My experience with the sister brand Aerie has been better but this has left a extremely poor taste with me.

Stopped in today to exchange a shirt for size and Grace was super helpful and sweet. The store isn’t huge so it’s sometimes hit or miss but I always do my returns here and they’re always helpful!

I paid $50 for a pair of “stretchy” Khakis for school that lasted 2 weeks. They split at the rear and between the legs shredding. Just awful waste of money.
