Want to buy a new phone or get service? This place will gladly take your money! Need help with technical issues, bill problems, random price hikes, random disconnections to your line, or want to change numbers? Not at this store! It’s a worthless greedy corporate location hellbent on “sell sell sell!” Rather than applying customer service to help their customers, they just want to sell you new device and services and ignore your issues with the service you pay for. If you have issues they say they can’t do anything and then they’ll tell you to call customer service (probably to some overseas company where English is their second language so this multimillion dollar company can save money… or rather the CEO’s pocket money) and promptly kick you out of the store. Hope you have 5 hours to wait on hold then describe what your problem is. Can’t forget how the company raises your bill randomly then lies about your bill due date, then disconnects your service THEN asks for a high fee to restore it. Definitely leaving AT&T for good! 15 years of being used and abused is long enough.

The staff at the ATT Store on Mentor Avenue are top notch. Attentive, quick greeting, and very good at what they do. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped in with phone on last leg- Kevin and Julian were able to somehow save info in between flickers and salvage my info & pics- they made my crisis moment into a smooth calm experience. Excellent knowledgeable friendly service- highly recommend them and this store!

I never leave reviews but I had to share my experience at the AT&T store in Mentor .I went in there to exchange my 6S cell phone and the person helping me was Tommy V. He took an interest in my other bills as far as cable and Wi-Fi and before I knew it, he was able to save me quite a bit of money each month. He took the time to explain everything as I am not tech savvy and made the transition very easy. If you’re afraid of technology and unhappy with your cable bill go see Tommy V at AT&T!

It would be nice if they answered their phone. i tried several times to reach this store, NO ONE ANSWERED the phone!! I understand places get busy but i tried SEVERAL time within a 20 minutes, still no answer.

Stopped in to upgrade my iPhone. We were so lucky Tommy was the next up sales rep. He was beyond awesome. We have a family plan with 7 lines. Without asking, he searched for various deals and saved us $100 off our phone bill. He then asked about internet. We ended up getting the fiber internet (faster) and will be paying less than Spectrum (bye bye always increasing charges). Can't say enough about how this trip worked out for us. Hope he is there next time we upgrade but probably won't because he will be (or should be) training others on excellent customer service. Thanks Tommy!

I went here to get my phone replaced through asurion telling me to come to the store and the guy told me I had to do it online and he couldn't help. I called the next closest ATT and they were like yeah come on and we will help you out lol. Maybe just laziness or he didn't know what to do. Confusing that when you make a claim online it tells you to go to the store
