It would be nice if they answered their phone. i tried several times to reach this store, NO ONE ANSWERED the phone!! I understand places get busy but i tried SEVERAL time within a 20 minutes, still no answer.

Stopped in to upgrade my iPhone. We were so lucky Tommy was the next up sales rep. He was beyond awesome. We have a family plan with 7 lines. Without asking, he searched for various deals and saved us $100 off our phone bill. He then asked about internet. We ended up getting the fiber internet (faster) and will be paying less than Spectrum (bye bye always increasing charges). Can't say enough about how this trip worked out for us. Hope he is there next time we upgrade but probably won't because he will be (or should be) training others on excellent customer service. Thanks Tommy!

I went here to get my phone replaced through asurion telling me to come to the store and the guy told me I had to do it online and he couldn't help. I called the next closest ATT and they were like yeah come on and we will help you out lol. Maybe just laziness or he didn't know what to do. Confusing that when you make a claim online it tells you to go to the store

Chris was amazing, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He knew the answers to all my questions and if he didn't know the answer right away, he found it. He really made me feel confident in my decision to sign up with AT&T. You need tonhire more people like Chris.

I would rather get a root canal done than deal with this branch . When a customer walks in you should ask “ welcome how can I assist you today ?” Not have a seat .. then 1/2 hour later say “ ah we can’t help you call this # . Long time first net/ Att customer. Horrible experience multiple times this month alone !

I told Courtney explicitly that I didn’t want the Next Up feature on my phones. Not only did she have a bad attitude, but when I told her I didn’t want the feature, she shot me a dirty look and seemed mad that I didn’t want it (I know it would count against her metrics if she didn’t put it on). Then didn’t show me or confirm to me that she didn’t put the feature on. When we left and I got my Order Summary email, the first thing I checked was if she put it on. And she did. Hard to imagine that going forward I’ll have to just use the website to order things myself since people like Courtney can’t listen to what is asked for and avoid ripping people off just to “hit numbers”. If you don’t like the job there are plenty out there.The only redeeming factor of this store is Chris. I’ve worked with him in the past and he’s EXCELLENT and EXTREMELY transparent. Unfortunately for Chris my experience with Courtney leaves this with a HARD 1 star. Pick carefully if you choose this store.

You have to wait around if you just want a question asked. I understand meeting with customers but there should be a counter person for paying bills and taking care of quick needs.

great, friendly and beyond excellent customer service, my needs were met within the min i was greeted as i walked in the door respectively. Courtney was great and great with helping set up my new iphone 14 pro max, all my questions and problems were answered and figured out, the store is clean and inviting, all the associates there are very friendly and helpful providing very fast service, they actually care about you and care to help you which is such a big step up from most of these places where they’re rude to you and don’t care. absolutely will be making this my go to store for now ??
