The room was huge and we'll maintained. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The coffee was WEAK, Eggs were probably dehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage was bland and the bacon was greasy, paper thin, and too crispy. Waffles were prepacked ?? Not the breakfast we are used to.
Location was great.

The hotel and room were clean, check in was easy and the location is good. Breakfast was terrible.
The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt very old and the springs were noisy. I would never stay here again.

Room was spacious buy beds were hard as rock. Very uncomfortable. Pillows were hard too. Breakfast was not served until 630 which is too late for those of us that have to be to work at 7. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Love this quaint place.

Food and drinks: Really nice breakfast. They take it seriously.
Noteworthy details: Nice theme with the James Garfield stuff.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Would’ve given it a 5 if the heater didn’t click all night that was annoying, and also going to a different floor for ice. Other than that great stay!

I stayed 1 night. The room was clean, large and had everything in the room I wanted except 4 things...
I'm a single mother and was so exhausted from my 2 hour drive. My kids are well...kids. They gave me room 312 and I was impressed with the room! My first issue. I set up the couch bed for my kids but they said it was to hard and wanted to sleep in the king with me.
I never had that issue with the hotel I booked in Jamestown, NY but I let it go. Second issue. Instantly my kids complained the king bed was to hard as well. For the price, I expected something higher quality and I agreed the bed felt like a rock. Bad on my hip and back.
If it was a motel, I'd have let it go but for $147? That's a lot but told myself it's ok. I did call last minute. I decided to take a bath to fix my aches... Issue 3. To my annoyance, the lock on the bathroom door didn't work. For a place with high reviews, I thought it be better. My kids kept popping in asking me questions when I just wanted to rest and take a bath. So now I'm angry and tired...the bath not helping the tension and that leads to issue 4.
Kids are kids they start with the ..I'm hungry! It's now 8:30pm and irritated because the beds are hard and tho the tub water was amazing, the lack of a lock ruined things. So I unhappily tell the kids I saw a sign saying vending on our floor. We all walked out and looked for a machine. Nothing was there. I limp back to the elevator and head down. We did find a fridge that was locked with drinks and some candy on display at the front desk and are told there are no vending machines. I force a smile because it's not the front desks fault... I unhappily take the kids out to drive around the area till we find a gas station and get them food.
May I say the only wonderful thing that made it great was the breakfast. I woke in full pain as I couldn't sleep on that hard mattress to well and for once in my life missed my actual bed. Checking out was easy and I doubt I will return even if the rooms were large and nicely decorated.
Rooms: We had the king suite. It was a large room but the bathroom was tight.

The facility is already getting old
Food and drinks: Wait a long time in your own restaurant, quality is fine. Very expensive

Why was I charged $771 for 3 nights when expedia is 107 per night ? Place is smelly and old. It's franchised owner by some Indians and they are doing what they have done with 7 11 and Dunkin Donuts now to the hotel business. Go to an establishment that is not franchised owned and family operated with mom, kids and the cousins and uncles making the meals and making up the rooms. You've been warned.

I woke up in the morning prior to a business meeting and realized my shower didn’t work… pretty disruptive. Overall pretty bad room condition, would not stay here again.

The only PRO I can honestly say is the location. I chose this hotel due to the reviews. However our experience was short nothing of not worth going back. The hotel is old which was already known but it smelt old. The room was completely outdated. The paint on the wall was coming off due to water damage. The AC had this weird smell. Oh and there was sand in our “clean bed”. Not to mention the very very small pool that only stays open til 9pm. The selection for drinks and snacks was subpar. There aren’t bottles of water to purchase only gallons. Also, the front desk worker was terribly rude. We went down for some hot tea around midnight and she was on the phone and acted like we were imposing. She even had her phone on speaker. While she was talking to her man or whomever, we were simply asking for some tea bags. She gave us 3 different teas and said that’s all she can do. We asked for milk and she said “no I can’t do no more” and went right back talking to whomever on speaker. She had a terrible attitude. And their wifi was insufficient. It kept going in and out. All together a bad experience.

The room wasn't the most pleasant on the first day, but it improved a lot throughout the stay. The air conditioning was very noisy but functional. I think the price-benefit ratio is expensive.
Excellent location, ample parking, only the breakfast could be changed a bit.

After booking a room six weeks in advance, I showed up to check in and was told that the hotel was full and they had placed someone else in my room that I had reserved. The agent at the front desk told me that she was instructed to give my room away.
I was given a business card and told to call the general manager in the morning. I had to drive through the night as it was too late to try to book another hotel. To add insult to injury, the manager could not be reached to approve a refund until nearly two weeks after the reservation. I do not recommend booking with this hotel.
