Google won’t let me give it 0 stars, but I would if I could.If they are going to follow black people around the store, please make it a tad bit less obvious. This is the 3rd time this has happened, and there were other, non-black people in the store who were not questioned as soon as they walked in, or followed. I won’t be returning. Maybe train your team to be less racist.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The store was well stocked and everything that we wanted. I would recommend a visit.

Always has unique items. Could very easily get lost in this store looking at items. Staff is very friendly.

While the store itself is fine, it's a little crazy for basic, nerdy t-shirts to cost as much as 50 dollars. My soul left my body seeing a sonic the hedgehog shirt cost 48 dollars. The material and design was like what you'd see for a 10 dollar Walmart shirt.

Pretty unwelcoming staff. Its painful enough paying for overpriced merchandise, but i was there more then once for birthday gifts with my kids on there birthdays and every time felt incredibly uncomfortable with the employees attitudes.

Box lunch is great, as usual, but I've been to many Hot Topic and Box Lunch, and never have had a staff issue, except for here. Some of them are nice, but a few at this location are rude and business-only

Honestly, I hate giving negative feedback. When I say hate it, truly I hate being negative but... if I could give a negative star review I would. The customer service at the Mentor location is way less than a one star review. I received a puzzle as a gift at Christmas. Now, since it was 3000 pieces I finally made time to actually start it. Upon opening the puzzle, I found multiple pieces that were blank and just cardboard. I called the store, they told me to bring it in. Cool.. I go to the store and they say sorry, without a receipt we cant do anything. Now keep in mind, they knew it was a gift. So I asked just for store credit, still no. So I asked for the District Manager number, they gave me the wrong number. I had to go back and ask for the correct number and they laughed that they wrote the wrong one the first time. This place needs new staff that actually know what customers service is and Still no response from the district manager either.. if it's even the right number. Garbage.

Hilariously overpriced and just overall a scam of a store. They're not even upfront about how donations work- which is that they donate everything at the beginning of the year for tax deduction... I applied earlier and was told the positions are minimum wage. I don't know where all the money is going but it's not going anywhere good. The stuff is cool but seriously, just go online. You'll save yourself stress and money.

Meh. Just not worth the obscene prices honestly. No one ever seems to be doing anything. You'll get a "Hi" and then they go back to goofing off. It's an odd atmosphere- kinda like an expensive garage sale.
