Bright Now Dental has given me my confidence to smile again. Before I was ashamed bc I lost a few teeth and other dentists have done poor work when doing cavities and failed to help me get a final cap to a root canal. This cavities were done and left uneaten and poorly filled. Bright Now Dental has completely fixed everything and actually cared about me and what I wanted done. I want to thank everyone there for helping me smile happily again. Thank you guys so much and I appreciate all you have done for me.

Very friendly staff, always acknowledged as I enter. The dentist I see is very personable and kind natured. The wait a few times has been rough, mainly due to previous clients showing up a little late. I don't think people realize how much that effects a medical office of any kind. Will continue being a client as long as nothing changes. May update with dentists name. Would like to acknowledge her;)

I had no problems at all the receptionist was great as was the Dental assistant and the hygienist. I’d like to specifically call out Dr. Naza. She was gentle caring and she let me know what she was doing every step of the way. We need more dentists just like Dr. Nava.

They scheduled me for a cleaning over the phone on a Friday. Went in and did the xrays and then they said that they would clean me on the next visit. Went to schedule the next appointment for a Friday and they tell me they don't do cleanings on Fridays because there is no Hygienist. Great place to waste your time at!

They are very knowledgeable and patient friendly! I had a different insurance 2024 which lme to a different dentist. So when 2025 came I changed insurance company and Smile Bright was in my plan… have to tell you I was really expecting NOT to like them… BUTTHAT CHANGED IMMEDIATELY. For one thing I was talking to a patient in the waiting room and asked her what she thought of them… her response surprised me . I guess her son had a tooth ache or so he thought and immediately when the doctor seen him she said HE NEEDED TO GO TO EMERGENCY Room Right Now. His problem was very severe. I have to tell you I thought OK let’s give them a fair try. All the dentist and hygienist and dental assistants are great! Love this place.

Review update; Unfortunately Bright now Dental located in Mentor hired someone new who is extremely rude, impatient, and stuck up. I have been waiting for specific work to be approved by my insurance since February when it is now October. When I received the denial letter my first thought was to call the dentist so they can turn in a formal appeal. This was not the case and instead I was treated like I was a bother.
After speaking with the insurance come to find out their narrative was written brief without proper medical reason is why the claims where denied. When I called back the office and explained that this is an error on their part. The receptionist was again rude, and the insurance agent explained that the dental office should be fighting on my behalf by submitting an appeal so I explained all of this to The receptionist who shoved it off and had me instead send an email with proper documentation needed to be attach to a new claim form along with a new narrative, outlined in proper and thorough detail. When I was in a week ago for my sons appointment I noticed many new faces and am sad not to see the smiling woman who ran that place welcomed their patience’s with empathy, compassion, and kindness. Regardless of what happened if I where bright now dental, would consider trying to retain the ones I no longer see and firing who ever that rude woman was I spoke with over the phone and on the day I arrived for my sons appointment, and rude that day also. I left the last practice for this exact reason and honestly why should I continue treatment when those of us are less fortunate and can’t afford insurance we are treated horrible without care, considerable treatment, or properly written insurance forms. I’m ashamed how we are treated in comparison to private health and dental practices.
I love Shannon, always remembers names of every patient, on top and on track. The dental assistant I worked with was so fun and down to earth. The people working here are caring and genuine. Dentist, straight to the point and her work is outstanding! Without a doubt the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Keep up the amazing work team! I know at times the job can be a little chaotic, but that’s because you’re doing something right. You guys rock and make the dentist visit enjoyable. You’re by far the best dentist in Lake County! Thank you for kindness and candor.

My grandson was seen this week.. he has autism and was very nervous..the dentist and the attendant were very gentle with him.. they explained everything they were going to do.. he was given numbing medicine and there was no pain.. they were finished before he realized and we were on our way home.. very professional from check-in to orders for after care.. he asked that I only make appointments with this office from now on..

Unfortunately I've had a very poor experience with the associates and assistants here. Billing does not know how to read an invoice or charge to insurance correctly. They also botched a filling twice and charged me for coming in the office, sending it to collections without any notice when they had told me it was free for them to fix it.
Stay away from this location. Only the doctors are worth anything here.

I felt welcomed from the start. By far the best dental experience I have ever had. I went in with minor pain for first visit then promptly scheduled the following day for a root canal. I would give ten stars if I could. Dental assistant, office manager and dentist were extremely attentive and legitimately concerned about making sure I was comfortable. Thank you all for everything.

At first I was impressed with this dentist! I was having horrible pain called to get in and was told the dentist was on vacation nobody was covering and if I couldn’t wait two weeks , go somewhere else. Couldn’t even get an antibiotic to hold me over until dentist returned. I had been working a treatment plan with them for almost a year. I went somewhere else to have my pain addressed and will not be returning!

Bright Now Dental is a great dentist!!. Ania is such a nice dental assistant and the staff was very generous. I would highly recommend anyone to try them out!
