“I’ve been shopping at this boutique the past few years and have not had one bad experience. The owner always helps me (and my husband) pick me out the best outfits and is always so helpful. There’s always new clothes coming in with the seasons and I always walk out with something that I love. If you want good service, and need some fashion advice lol, blank is your place!!!”
“Went today to return something for my aunt that was ordered back in February and not eligible for return. Perfect condition unworn or touched shoes but my aunt had been online ordering hundreds of dollars worth of stuff while in the hospital undergoing treatments for brain cancer and we didn’t realize or know until May. So most everything is going to waste and now she’s out so much money because she did this while not in her right mind due to meds/treatment. The employee and manager were so helpful and understanding, very friendly despite me having a bit of trouble getting her email and info pulled up and technically being past the time for the return. It is so greatly appreciated that the manager was able to make an exception and let us return these and especially the patience and understanding they had. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked as far as I could see also. 10/10 store thank you so much!! Wish i got their names so i could call and let the corporation know how nice their staff is!”
